The Vitamin Patch Affiliate Program
Terms & Conditions
By applying to and participating in The Vitamin Patch Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your participation and commission eligibility.
1. Program Platform & Eligibility
Our Affiliate Program is operated exclusively through the Awin affiliate network. Affiliates must be approved through Awin and remain in good standing on the platform to participate.
If The Vitamin Patch Affiliate Program is no longer available on the Awin platform for any reason, all affiliate promotion and commission eligibility must immediately cease. Sales generated outside of Awin or after program removal from the platform will not be eligible for commission.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 5% commission on qualifying sales tracked and validated through the Awin platform.
Commissions are paid per individual referred customer.
There is no affiliate downline, multi-tier structure, residual overrides, or referral bonuses.
No additional incentives, performance bonuses, or special payouts are offered unless explicitly stated in writing by The Vitamin Patch.
All commission payments, validation, reversals, and payment schedules are handled by Awin in accordance with their platform policies.
3. Approved Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote The Vitamin Patch using approved links, banners, and creative assets provided through Awin or directly by The Vitamin Patch.
Affiliates may not:
Create or register domains, subdomains, social handles, or usernames that include or closely resemble The Vitamin Patch, our trademarks, brand name, or misspellings thereof
Alter, edit, rebrand, or misrepresent our logos, product images, copy, or marketing materials
Represent themselves as employees, partners, or official representatives of The Vitamin Patch
Make unverified health claims, medical claims, or claims that violate FDA, FTC, or other applicable regulations
Use misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices of any kind
4. Prohibited Advertising Practices
Affiliates may not engage in:
Spam (email, SMS, or messaging platforms)
Unauthorized paid search, including bidding on branded keywords unless explicitly approved
Coupon, deal, or incentive promotion unless approved and tracked through Awin
Any activity that violates Awin’s terms, applicable laws, or advertising regulations
5. Brand & Content Usage
All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, product names, website content, and creative assets, remain the sole property of The Vitamin Patch. Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable license to use approved assets only for the purpose of promoting the Program during their active participation.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, Awin policies, or applicable laws, or for any behavior that may harm our brand reputation.
Upon termination, all promotional use of The Vitamin Patch branding must immediately stop. Commission eligibility after termination is subject to Awin’s validation rules.
7. Modifications
The Vitamin Patch reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
