Autopay Affiliate Program – Awin Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to participation in the Autopay Affiliate Program (“Program”) via the Awin affiliate network. By joining or promoting Autopay on Awin, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with the following terms, in addition to Awin’s Publisher Terms.
1. Program Description
Autopay is an online auto finance marketplace that helps consumers refinance existing auto loans, purchase vehicles, or modify loan terms by connecting them with a network of lending partners. Affiliates may promote Autopay using approved tracking links provided through Awin.
2. Commission Structure
Commission: $100 USD per funded loan
A “funded loan” is defined as a loan application referred by an Affiliate that is approved, finalized, and funded by an Autopay lending partner.
Commissions are only paid on valid, tracked, and approved transactions recorded in Awin.
3. Validation & Payments
All conversions are subject to validation by Autopay.
Autopay reserves the right to reverse commissions for cancelled, fraudulent, incomplete, or ineligible transactions.
Payments are issued according to Awin’s standard payment schedule.
Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes on earned commissions.
4. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Autopay through:
Websites, blogs, and editorial content
Email marketing to opt-in subscribers only
Social media platforms
Content, comparison, and savings-based promotions
All promotions must clearly identify the Affiliate relationship and comply with FTC disclosure guidelines.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about loan approval, interest rates, savings, or guaranteed outcomes
Use spam, unsolicited email, or deceptive traffic practices
Impersonate Autopay, its employees, or lending partners
Use unauthorized incentives to drive applications
Bid on Autopay brand terms, misspellings, or direct URL variations in paid search without prior written approval
Use coupon, cashback, or incentive-based messaging unless explicitly approved within Awin
6. Paid Search & Trademark Policy
Brand bidding, URL hijacking, or direct linking in paid search is not permitted without written approval.
Affiliates may bid on generic, non-branded auto finance or refinancing keywords unless otherwise restricted.
7. Compliance & Regulations
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
FTC endorsement and disclosure requirements
CAN-SPAM Act and applicable email regulations
Data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Financial advertising and consumer protection laws
8. Intellectual Property
Autopay grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved Autopay logos, trademarks, and promotional assets solely for participation in the Program. All rights remain the property of Autopay.
9. Program Termination
Autopay reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate’s participation at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, Awin policies, or activity deemed harmful to the Autopay brand or consumers.
10. Modifications
Autopay may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
