Ro&Zo Affiliate Programme - Terms & Conditions
Introduction
By joining the Ro&Zo affiliate programme (“Programme”) via AWIN, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Ro&ZoLtd (“Ro&Zo”) reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
Commission
- Commission rates are set at Ro&Zo discretion and may vary by partner, campaign, or product category.
- Commissions apply only to full-price, valid sales generated through approved AWIN tracking links.
- No commission is paid on sale or discounted items.
- Commissions are not eligible on cancelled, refunded, or returned orders.

- We do not work with any discount code / voucher sites and discount codes can not be promoted.
- The cookie duration is 30 days and validation period is 37 days.
Eligibility & Approval
All affiliate applications are reviewed by Ro&Zo and acceptance is at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline or remove affiliates that do not align with our brand values or violate these Terms.
Linking & Promotion
- Affiliates must use only approved AWIN tracking links and creative assets supplied by Ro&Zo.
- Any modification, misuse, or unauthorised use of Ro&Zo branding or links may result in removal from the Programme.
- Affiliates may not bid on Ro&Zo brand terms or misrepresent the brand in any form of paid advertising.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
- Promote Ro&Zo using misleading or deceptive content.
- Use coupon or cashback sites without prior approval.
- Engage in brand bidding, domain squatting, or any activity that infringes intellectual property.
Operate websites containing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
Returns & Cancellations
If a customer cancels or returns their order, or if payment is reversed, the corresponding commission will be voided or clawed back.
Termination
Ro&Zo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account without notice for breach of these Terms or any conduct deemed inconsistent with the brand.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
