HerVibe Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions
1. Programme Overview
The HerVibe Affiliate Programme allows approved publishers (“Affiliates”) to promote HerVibe products in return for commission on validated sales tracked via the Awin platform.
Participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Brand & Messaging Guidelines
Affiliates must represent HerVibe in a manner consistent with our brand values and positioning.
Affiliates may:
Reference HerVibe as a premium wellness and lifestyle supplement brand
Reference GLP-1 medications (e.g. Wegovy, Mounjaro) only in an audience or lifestyle context
Affiliates must not:
Make medical, health, or therapeutic claims
Refer to side effects, symptoms, conditions, or outcomes
Present HerVibe products as treatments, solutions, or substitutes for medical advice
Imply endorsement, approval, or affiliation with pharmaceutical brands or healthcare providers
All content must remain experience-led, lifestyle-focused, and non-clinical.
3. Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote HerVibe via:
Websites and blogs
Social media platforms
Email newsletters
Content platforms (e.g. podcasts, video, editorial content)
The following are not permitted without prior written approval:
Paid search bidding on brand terms or misspellings
Paid ads using HerVibe brand name or URLs
Cashback, voucher, or incentive-based promotion (unless explicitly approved)
Toolbar, software, or cookie-stuffing technologies
4. Compliance & Disclosure
Affiliates must:
Clearly disclose affiliate relationships in line with ASA, CMA, FTC, and local advertising regulations
Ensure all content complies with platform-specific policies (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google)
Use only approved HerVibe imagery, logos, and assets
HerVibe reserves the right to request content changes or remove approval if content is deemed non-compliant.
5. Commission & Validation
Commission is paid on validated, non-refunded sales only
Orders that are cancelled, returned, or deemed fraudulent will be declined
Commission rates and structures are outlined in the Commission section of Awin and may be updated from time to time
6. Programme Approval & Removal
HerVibe reserves the right to:
Approve or decline any affiliate application
Remove affiliates who breach these terms or damage brand integrity
Modify programme terms with reasonable notice via Awin
7. Intellectual Property
All HerVibe trademarks, logos, imagery, and brand assets remain the property of HerVibe.
Affiliates may use approved assets solely for the purpose of promoting HerVibe within this programme.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
