Reet Aus Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Program Overview
The Reet Aus Affiliate Program is designed for partners who share our brand values, appreciate sustainable fashion, and wish to participate in sharing our brand story and aesthetic. By joining the program, you agree to promote Reet Aus in a responsible, authentic, and value-aligned manner.
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to approval by Reet Aus. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. Commission Structure
- Commissions are paid only on successfully processed orders.
- Orders that are returned, refunded, cancelled, or identified as fraudulent are excluded from commission payments.
- Commission rates and payment schedules are determined by Reet Aus and may be updated from time to time.
4. Attribution Period (Cookie Length)
Affiliate referrals are tracked using cookies with a duration of 30 days. This means that if a customer completes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, the commission will be attributed to you, provided all other program conditions are met.
5. Auto Validation Period
All tracked orders are subject to a 21-day validation period. During this time, transactions may be reviewed for returns, cancellations, or fraud. Commissions are confirmed and approved only after this validation period has ended.
6. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates agree to the following promotional restrictions:
- Trademark bidding is strictly prohibited, including bidding on “Reet Aus”, “UPMADE”, “Up-shirt” or any similar or misspelled brand terms in paid search advertising.
- Direct linking is not allowed (e.g. linking directly from paid ads to Reet Aus websites using affiliate links).
- Affiliate links may only be used in approved content formats such as websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media channels.
7. Brand Representation & Accuracy
You agree to:
- Make truthful, accurate, and non-misleading statements about Reet Aus products and practices.
- Share opinions that reflect your honest beliefs and experiences.
- Avoid exaggerated, false, or unverifiable claims, especially regarding sustainability, environmental impact, or certifications.
8. Disclosure & Transparency
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship with Reet Aus in all communications that include affiliate links. This includes stating that you may receive a commission or other benefit from purchases made through your referral link, in compliance with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates may not:
- Use spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive marketing practices
- Use discount or voucher sites unless explicitly approved
- Promote Reet Aus on websites or platforms containing offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or unethical content
- Imply employment, partnership, or endorsement beyond participation in the Affiliate Program
10. Intellectual Property
All Reet Aus trademarks, logos, imagery, and brand materials remain the exclusive property of Reet Aus. Affiliates may only use approved assets provided by Reet Aus and solely for the purpose of promoting the brand within the Affiliate Program.
11. Termination
Reet Aus reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if these Terms & Conditions are violated or if the affiliate’s actions are deemed harmful to the brand’s reputation or values. Upon termination, unpaid commissions on invalid or non-compliant transactions will be forfeited.
12. Modifications
Reet Aus may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
