Program Terms

Juice Head - Branding Guidelines

Publishers may use approved Juice Head branding assets solely for the purpose of promoting Juice Head products as part of the affiliate program.

Brand Usage

  • Juice Head trademarks, logos, and brand names may not be altered, distorted, or combined with other branding elements.
  • Publishers may not represent themselves as Juice Head or imply an official partnership beyond participation in the affiliate program.
  • Brand assets may only be used in a manner that is accurate, professional, and consistent with Juice Head’s brand image.

Content & Messaging Requirements

  • All promotional content must be targeted to adults only and comply with applicable laws and platform policies related to nicotine advertising.
  • Publishers may not make misleading, unsubstantiated, or health-related claims, including cessation or therapeutic claims.
  • Content must not appeal to or target minors.

Creative Approval

  • Juice Head reserves the right to request changes to or removal of any creative or messaging that does not align with brand standards or regulatory requirements.
  • Pre-approval may be required for certain promotional formats or platforms.

Asset Access

Approved logos, product images, and creative assets will be made available to publishers through AWIN or upon request.
