Bionassay (US)

The Bionassay Affiliate Program is designed to partner with creators, publishers, and platforms that align with our values of regenerative skincare, skin health education, and elevated self-care. Affiliates are expected to promote Bionassay in a truthful, transparent, and brand-respectful manner.

Bionassay operates on a 30-day cookie policy. Commissions will be attributed to the last valid affiliate referral within the cookie window, in accordance with AWIN’s attribution rules.

Bionassay respects the privacy of its affiliates and customers. We do not disclose personal information to third parties without explicit consent, except where required to operate the affiliate program or comply with applicable laws.

1. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Search Activity

Affiliates ARE NOT PERMITTED to run PPC, paid search, or bidding campaigns that direct traffic to bionassay.com.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Bidding on the brand name “Bionassay” or any misspellings

Using Bionassay in ad titles, ad copy, display URLs, subdomains, or subfolders

Advertising as or impersonating the Bionassay brand

Running ads on competitor brand terms

Using automatic redirects or forced traffic methods

Any affiliate found engaging in prohibited PPC activity may be removed from the program immediately, and associated commissions will be voided.

2. Brand Representation & Impersonation

Affiliates may not:

Present themselves as Bionassay or act on behalf of the brand

Create websites, domains, or social media accounts that may mislead users into believing they are owned or operated by Bionassay

Use Bionassay trademarks, logos, or brand assets outside of those provided and approved through AWIN

Affiliates must be clearly identifiable as third-party partners in all promotions.

3. Coupon, Discount & Voucher Policies

This is a non-coupon-focused program.

Affiliates may ONLY promote discount codes that are officially provided by Bionassay through the affiliate program

Publishing made-up, expired, leaked, or unauthorized codes is strictly prohibited

Coupon and deal websites may participate only if they do not promote unauthorized or unapproved discount codes

Sales generated through unauthorized codes will be cancelled and commissions voided

Cookie stuffing, i-frames, forced clicks, or any deceptive tracking methods are strictly forbidden

4. Email Marketing

Email marketing is NOT permitted without prior written approval from Bionassay.

Affiliates wishing to promote Bionassay via email must contact the affiliate team for approval before launching any campaign.

5. Creative Usage

Affiliates may only use creative assets provided through the AWIN interface or directly approved by Bionassay.

Creative assets may not be altered without permission

Affiliates are discouraged from hardcoding banners or creative assets unless approved in advance

Bionassay reserves the right to update or remove creatives at any time

6. Prohibited Promotional Methods

Affiliates are NOT allowed to use:

Pop-ups, pop-unders, or intrusive ad formats

Toolbars, browser extensions, or downloadable software without explicit authorization

Misleading claims, medical claims, or false promises regarding product results

Incentivized traffic outside of approved cashback or loyalty partners

Bionassay reserves the right to:

Review affiliate activity at any time

Withhold or reverse commissions generated through non-compliant activity

Remove affiliates from the program without notice if terms are violated

Affiliates found in breach of these terms may be terminated immediately and forfeit unpaid commissions.
