Artet Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Artet Program. These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your participation in the program and outline the expectations, responsibilities, and benefits of all approved affiliates (“Publishers”). By joining the program, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Publisher Benefits
Once approved as an affiliate partner with Artet, you will receive:
• A Welcome Pack introducing the Artet brand
• Access to branded creative assets (product images on a white background, lifestyle imagery, and more)
2. Commission Structure
Our commission model is designed to reward authentic, value-driven referrals:
• Base Commission Rate: 10%, or up to 20% of the total net basket value
• Net Sales exclude shipping fees, taxes (including VAT), returns, cancellations, or any promotional discounts applied
• Commission rates may be adjusted at Artet’s sole discretion (e.g., promotional campaigns, tiered performance rewards, or affiliate misuse)
3. Validation & Payouts
All sales are subject to a validation process:
• Returns & Cancellations: If a purchase is returned or canceled within 30 days, the commission will be voided
• Validation Timeline: We aim to validate all transactions within 30 days of the purchase date
• Payouts: Valid commissions are issued following successful validation and in accordance with your affiliate platform’s payment schedule
4. Program Violations & Termination
Artet reserves the right to take immediate action if any affiliate:
• Violates these T&Cs
• Engages in deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices
• Uses unauthorized coupon codes or violates brand IP
Consequences may include:
• Reversal of commission
• Temporary or permanent suspension from the program
• Legal action if fraudulent or damaging behavior is detected
5. Promo Codes & Usage Policy
Only promo or discount codes explicitly provided by Artet (via your affiliate dashboard or direct communication) are authorized for use.
• Use of third-party, expired, or unauthorized codes will result in commission forfeiture and potential removal from the program.
6. Affiliate Disclosure & Legal Compliance Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising guidelines when promoting Artet, including the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides and relevant state or platform-specific requirements. Affiliates agree to the following:
• Clear Disclosure: Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with Artet whenever affiliate links, promo codes, gifted products, or paid partnerships are used. Disclosures should be easy to understand (e.g., “Artet partner,” “affiliate link,” or “sponsored”) and placed close to the related content.
• No Misleading or Medical Claims: Affiliates may not make medical, therapeutic, or health claims about Artet products
• Responsible Messaging: Content must promote responsible consumption and comply with applicable advertising standards for THC products. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in commission reversal, suspension, or removal from the affiliate program at Artet’s discretion. Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.
7. Cookie Duration & Attribution
• Our default cookie window is 30 days.
• Qualifying purchases made within this timeframe will be attributed to the referring affiliate, unless another channel receives final attribution (e.g., direct click or email conversion).
