Commission & Validation
Commission is paid on completed, valid sales only.
Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent, or unpaid are not eligible for commission.
Commission will be adjusted if items are partially or fully returned.
Only one promotional code may be used per order and codes cannot be stacked.
Attribution & Tracking
Emello operates on a last-click attribution model unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to decline commission where attribution conflicts with internal paid media, organic, or direct traffic.
Transactions must be correctly tracked through AWIN to be eligible for commission.
Paid Search & PPC
Emello manages all paid search activity in-house.
Publishers may not bid on Emello branded keywords, misspellings, brand + generic terms, or domain variants.
Direct linking from paid search ads to the Emello website is not permitted unless explicitly approved.
Breaches may result in commission being declined or removal from the programme.
Promotional Methods
Publishers must represent the Emello brand accurately and in line with its premium positioning.
Misleading claims, false urgency, inaccurate pricing, or unauthorised incentives are strictly prohibited.
Content must not imply endorsement, exclusivity, or official partnership unless agreed in writing.
Content & Brand Usage
Emello brand assets, logos, imagery, and copy may only be used as supplied or approved.
Brand name usage in domain names, social handles, or paid ads is not permitted.
All content must align with Emello’s refined, calm, and quietly confident brand tone.
Returns & Adjustments
Standard customer returns apply, with commission adjusted accordingly.
Orders returned outside the customer return window will still be deducted if refunded.
Compliance & Conduct
Publishers must comply with all applicable laws, advertising standards, and disclosure requirements.
Any activity deemed misleading, harmful, or reputationally damaging may result in immediate removal from the programme.
Programme Management
Emello reserves the right to amend programme terms, commission rates, or approval status at any time.
Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
