Unique Vintage - North America Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Participation & Eligibility
Participation in the Unique Vintage Affiliate Program is subject to approval through the Awin network. Affiliates must comply with these Terms, all Awin policies, FTC guidelines, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Definitions
“Affiliate” or “Partner” refers to any individual or entity approved to promote Unique Vintage through Awin.
“Unique Vintage” refers to Unique Vintage, Inc.
“Awin” refers to the affiliate network platform through which tracking, reporting, and payments are administered.
Trademark & Brand Usage
Unique Vintage is the sole owner of all trademarks, logos, trade names, and brand assets. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use approved Unique Vintage brand assets solely for promotional purposes. Brand assets may not be altered, distorted, or used in a misleading manner. Affiliates may not represent themselves as Unique Vintage, an official site, or an authorized retailer. Claims such as “official site” or “authorized reseller” are strictly prohibited. Trademark or TM+ paid search bidding is not permitted without prior written approval. Upon termination, all use of Unique Vintage trademarks must immediately cease.
Unique Vintage does not allow trademark, trademark plus bidding or any misspellings of the brand name. This includes, but is not limited to:

Publishers that violate these terms and conditions risk deactivation from the program.
Content & Promotion Guidelines
All promotional content must be original, accurate, professional, and compliant with platform-specific rules. Affiliates must follow all applicable copyright and advertising laws and include clear FTC disclosures (e.g., #ad, #affiliate). Affiliates may use only approved tracking links, creatives, and coupon codes provided through Awin or directly by Unique Vintage. Unique Vintage is not responsible for content published by Affiliates.
Commission Structure & Attribution
The standard commission rate for the Unique Vintage Affiliate Program is 4% on qualifying, approved sales. Commissions are earned only on completed purchases with valid payment that are properly tracked through Awin. Attribution and referral periods are governed by Awin’s tracking rules unless otherwise specified.
Blacklisted Coupon Policy
If a blacklisted, unauthorized, or restricted coupon code is used in a transaction, the commission for that order will be $0 (no payout), regardless of traffic source or publisher type. Unique Vintage reserves the right to retroactively adjust or void commissions associated with unauthorized coupon usage.
Commission Validation & Payment
All commissions are subject to review, validation, and approval. Payments are processed through Awin in accordance with their payment schedule and policies. Unique Vintage reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel commissions for returns, cancellations, policy violations, unauthorized coupon distribution, misleading promotions, or fraudulent activity.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not post exclusive or private coupon codes to public coupon or deal sites, misrepresent discounts or promotions, engage in deceptive or unethical marketing practices, impersonate Unique Vintage, modify tracking links, manipulate cookies or attribution, or otherwise violate Awin or FTC policies.
Brand Representation Standards
Affiliate ad copy must be accurate, professional, and free of misleading claims or grammatical errors. Affiliates are responsible for expiring promotions in accordance with campaign dates and may not imply savings or offers not explicitly provided by Unique Vintage.
Termination
Unique Vintage reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, unpaid commissions associated with violations will be forfeited, and Affiliates must immediately cease use of all Unique Vintage branding and materials.
Relationship of Parties
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the Affiliate and Unique Vintage.
Modifications
Unique Vintage may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
