1. Eligibility
Affiliates must operate a legitimate website, social media channel, email list, or other suitable online platform to promote Vivo Life. Vivo Life reserves the right to approve, decline, or remove any affiliate that does not align with the brand’s values or violates these terms.
2. Commission Structure
Commission is paid on valid and completed sales generated through approved affiliate tracking links. Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent, or unfulfilled are not eligible for commission. Commissions are calculated on the net order value, excluding sales tax, shipping, and service fees.
3. Cookie Duration
The Vivo Life affiliate programme operates on a 30-day cookie window. Sales completed within 30 days of a customer clicking an affiliate link will be attributed to the affiliate, unless another attribution rule applies.
4. Approved Promotional Methods
The following promotional methods are permitted:
Content marketing, blog posts, and editorial reviews
Social media promotion
Influencer and creator partnerships
Email marketing (must comply with applicable laws and regulations)
Approved display advertising and media buying
All promotions must be accurate, transparent, and compliant with Vivo Life brand guidelines.
5. Restricted Promotional Methods
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Misleading, exaggerated, or unapproved health or medical claims
Spam, unsolicited messaging, or non-compliant email practices
Use of toolbars, browser extensions, adware, or malware
Use of unapproved or misleading voucher or discount codes
Misrepresentation of pricing, promotions, or product information
Promotion on adult, offensive, illegal, or inappropriate websites
Any activity that may harm the Vivo Life brand or reputation
6. Brand & Creative Guidelines
Affiliates must only use official Vivo Life logos, images, product photos, and creative assets provided within the programme.
Brand assets must not be altered or recreated
Product descriptions must match information on the official Vivo Life website
No unauthorised medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic claims may be made
The brand name must always be spelled correctly: Vivo Life
7. PPC, Search & CSS
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on Vivo Life brand terms, including “Vivo Life”, “VivoLife”, misspellings, close variations, or brand + generic keyword combinations.
Direct linking to the Vivo Life website via paid search advertisements is not permitted without prior written approval.
CSS (Comparison Shopping Services) may not run Google Shopping ads or CSS campaigns for Vivo Life unless explicit written approval is granted by the advertiser.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, creative assets, and product information remain the exclusive property of Vivo Life. Affiliates may use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting the affiliate programme.
9. Commission Validation & Declines
Commissions may be declined for cancelled, returned, refunded, duplicate, fraudulent, or unfulfilled orders, or for any violation of programme terms.
10. Termination
Vivo Life reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any affiliate that breaches these terms or promotes the brand in a way that may damage its reputation.
11. Policy Changes
Vivo Life may update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
