By joining the Nibbi Racing Affiliate Programme on Awin, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and mutually beneficial partnership.
1. Programme Overview
The Nibbi Racing Affiliate Programme allows approved affiliates to promote Nibbi Racing products and earn commissions on validated sales generated through tracked Awin affiliate links.
2. Affiliate Approval
All affiliate applications are subject to review and approval by Nibbi Racing. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, including applications that do not align with our brand values or programme policies.
3. Commission & Validation
- Commissions are paid on completed and approved orders only.
- Transactions may be declined or adjusted due to cancellations, returns, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or invalid traffic.
- Commission rates and validation periods are defined within the Awin platform and may be updated periodically.
4. Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote Nibbi Racing via approved channels, including websites, blogs, social media, video platforms, and content marketing.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims
- Unauthorized use of brand trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials
- Paid search bidding on Nibbi Racing brand terms or misspellings (unless explicitly approved)
- Spam, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or other fraudulent activities
5. Content & Brand Usage
Affiliates must represent Nibbi Racing accurately and professionally. All promotional content must align with our brand image and comply with applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform policies. Nibbi Racing reserves the right to request content modifications or removal.
6. Discount Codes & Promotions
Only officially provided or publicly listed discount codes may be promoted. Unauthorized or leaked codes are not eligible for commission and may result in declined transactions.
7. Compliance & Disclosure
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations, including FTC or equivalent disclosure requirements. Affiliate relationships must be clearly disclosed to audiences where required.
8. Programme Monitoring & Termination
Nibbi Racing reserves the right to monitor affiliate activity and suspend or terminate participation at any time if violations of these terms are identified. In cases of serious violations, unpaid commissions may be withheld.
9. Programme Changes
Nibbi Racing may update commission structures, programme rules, or terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of any updates. Besides, every program operates with a 7-day closure notice period.
