AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By applying to and joining the Keyfy affiliate program, or by accessing a Keyfy affiliate link from a third party or partner within the Keyfy affiliate program, you agree to comply with the following rules, regulations, and terms and conditions.
Use of Trademarks
Affiliates are not permitted to use Keyfy trademarks, URLs, misspellings, extensions, or any variations thereof with the intent of optimizing for branded search terms or misleading users.
PPC and Media Buys
You may NOT bid on, purchase, or otherwise use any Keyfy trademarks, brand names, URLs, extensions, or variations as keywords for:
PPC networks
Content networks
Media buys or paid advertising
Please add “keyfy” and “keyfy.com” to your negative keyword lists.
If ads are detected using Keyfy brand terms, we may request screenshots for verification. You agree to provide these within 2 business days.
During the review period:
Commissions may be temporarily set to zero
Some or all commissions may be reversed, regardless of origin
If it can be verified that sales were not generated through prohibited trademark bidding, commissions will be reinstated.
All decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Affiliate Manager.
Social Media
You may not:
Create social media accounts using the Keyfy name or brand variations
Use the Keyfy brand in usernames, handles, or hashtags in a way that implies ownership, endorsement, or official partnership
Represent yourself as Keyfy or as being sponsored or endorsed by Keyfy
Tag, mention, or link to Keyfy social profiles without prior written approval from the Affiliate Manager
Coupon & Loyalty Sites
If you operate a coupon, deal, or loyalty website, the following rules apply. Violations may result in immediate removal from the program and reversal of all current and past commissions.
The following practices are not allowed without written approval:
Expired coupon codes
All promoted codes must be current, active, and officially approved.
Unauthorized or non-affiliate codes
Only codes provided within the affiliate network may be used.
Non-existent offers
You may not advertise discounts or deals that are not actively available through the Keyfy affiliate program.
Posting codes on properties you do not own
Codes may only be posted on websites or platforms you own and operate.
Sharing on your own social media channels is permitted if all branding and disclosure rules are followed.
Exclusive codes
Codes designated as exclusive for other affiliates or influencers may not be used.
Any sales generated through misuse of exclusive codes will be reversed.
Toolbars, Downloadable Software & Adware
Adware of any kind is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission.
Adware includes any technology that:
Interrupts or alters the shopping or checkout experience
Redirects traffic without clear user intent
Displays intrusive or automatic ads
This includes, but is not limited to:
PPV / CPV advertising
Couponware or reminderware
Loyaltyware
Pop-ups, overlays, or forced redirects
Browser extensions or helper objects
Disclaimers & Compliance
When promoting regulated or restricted digital products, affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and consumer protection regulations.
All disclosures and disclaimers must meet legal requirements in:
The United States
The European Union
Any country where affiliate traffic may originate
Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the program and reversal of all commissions.
Agreement Scope
These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior agreements, whether written or verbal, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Keyfy.
Changes to Terms
Affiliates are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly. Keyfy reserves the right to update or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
