PICCOLOAD Affiliate Programme – Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all affiliates participating in the PICCOLOAD Affiliate Programme through the AWIN network. By joining or promoting PICCOLOAD, affiliates agree to comply with the terms outlined below, as well as AWIN’s general publisher terms.
Commission is paid at a rate of 10% of the total order value, excluding VAT, delivery charges, refunds, cancellations, and any other non-commissionable fees. Commission is awarded only on valid and completed transactions.
Orders placed through PICCOLOAD are eligible for a 100% refund until the customer has submitted their photos or other required content for production. Once photos or content have been received by PICCOLOAD, the order is considered in production and is no longer eligible for a full refund. Any orders that are refunded or cancelled prior to photo submission will be rejected and will not generate commission.
Commission validation occurs only after an order has progressed beyond the refundable stage and is deemed completed and non-returnable. PICCOLOAD reserves the right to delay validation where necessary to account for refunds, cancellations, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Affiliates must ensure that all promotional content is accurate, up to date, and not misleading. Affiliates may not make false claims about PICCOLOAD products, pricing, delivery times, or guarantees. Use of the PICCOLOAD brand name, trademarks, or creative assets must be in line with the guidelines provided within the AWIN platform.
Paid search activity must comply with AWIN policies and PICCOLOAD brand bidding rules. Affiliates may not bid on the PICCOLOAD brand name, misspellings, or close variants unless explicit written permission has been granted. Direct linking from paid search ads may be restricted.
Affiliates must not use cookie stuffing, adware, forced clicks, or any other fraudulent or deceptive tracking methods. Any form of self-referral or artificial generation of transactions is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the programme and forfeiture of unpaid commission.
Voucher codes, offers, and promotions must be accurately represented and must not be promoted if they are expired, unapproved, or not intended for public use. Email marketing is permitted only to opted-in recipients and must comply with all applicable data protection and anti-spam regulations.
PICCOLOAD reserves the right to review affiliate activity at any time and to withhold or reverse commission where these terms are breached. We also reserve the right to amend these terms or suspend or remove affiliates from the programme at our discretion.
