Affiliates must not imply that Ingenious products can:
Treat or prevent medical conditions
Alleviate symptoms such as joint pain, hair loss, gut disorders, eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis
Replace medical advice or treatment
Any content implying medicinal benefit will result in commission being declined and potential removal from the programme.
Affiliate Responsibilities
By joining the Ingenious Affiliate Programme, affiliates agree to:
Promote Ingenious in a way that aligns with our brand values and guidelines
Use only approved creative assets and messaging
Clearly disclose affiliate relationships as required by law
Avoid misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices
Not use affiliate links for personal purchases
Ingenious reserves the right to remove affiliates or decline commissions where programme terms are breached.
