Affiliate Service Agreement
Effective from January 15th, 2026
This Affiliate Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Happy Mind (“Happy Mind”) and you, the Affiliate (“Affiliate”), utilizing the AWIN affiliate marketing platform (the “Service”).
You must agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement in order to participate in the Happy Mind affiliate program. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using the Service as an Affiliate. By signing up, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement and its terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the affiliate program.
Summary of Key Terms
Affiliates may place Happy Mind banners and links on their websites or within non-spam email communications, provided prior approval has been obtained where required.
Websites containing adult, hateful, illegal, or inappropriate content are strictly prohibited.
Affiliates may not link directly to Happy Mind outside of the AWIN platform.
Product links must be generated exclusively via the official product feed. Links taken from other sources may result in declined commissions.
Affiliates may not copy or use content from Happy Mind that is not explicitly available in the product feed or offer section.
Any page containing Happy Mind links, banners, or promotional codes must be written in English.
Affiliates must obtain prior written approval from Happy Mind before sending any email campaigns related to the program.
Banners and links may be placed on websites, newsletters, or other approved online content.
Not allowed: Any placement of creatives within desktop advertising software or third-party desktop applications.
Not allowed: Any merchant window or ad display that is not the result of a direct, intentional user click.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate suspension from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
Fraud Policy
Fraud is considered a serious violation and will be dealt with accordingly. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, attempts to generate clicks, leads, or sales using bots, scripts, frames, iframes, automated redirects, or manual refreshing for the purpose of earning commissions.
Any attempted or confirmed fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination from the program and voided commissions.
Email Contact
Happy Mind reserves the right to contact Affiliates by email to inform them of changes, updates, or additions to the Service or related products.
Changes to the Service
Happy Mind reserves the right to modify, amend, add, or remove any part of this Agreement at any time, as well as to suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service. In the event of any material change, Affiliates will be notified via email or newsletter at least 30 days in advance, at which point they may accept the changes or withdraw from the program.
Cookies
Happy Mind operates a 30-day cookie policy.
Privacy Policy
Happy Mind respects the privacy of its Affiliates and users and will not disclose personal information to third parties without explicit consent.

Permitted and Prohibited Activities
1. Pay Per Click (PPC) Activity
Affiliates are not permitted to run PPC campaigns that send traffic directly to happymind.com. Any affiliate found engaging in such activity may be removed from the program, with all related commissions voided.
Affiliates must also not:
Use automatic redirects
Use the Happy Mind brand in subfolders (e.g. www.affiliate.com/happymind)
Use the Happy Mind brand in subdomains (e.g. www.happymind.affiliate.com)
Use the Happy Mind brand in ad titles
Bid on Happy Mind brand terms
Advertise as Happy Mind
Display ads on competitor brand keywords
2. Advertising as Happy Mind
Affiliates may not present themselves as Happy Mind or imply an official brand relationship beyond affiliate participation.
3. Discount / Voucher Code Websites
Affiliates must not display invented or unauthorized discount codes or codes intended for other channels.
The use of i-frames to set cookies without user interaction is strictly prohibited.
Discount and deal websites may participate only if they do not promote discount codes unless explicitly authorized.
4. Email Marketing
All email marketing activities must receive prior written approval from Happy Mind.
Creative Usage
Affiliates may not alter creatives provided through the AWIN interface. Hardcoding banners is discouraged to ensure updates apply automatically. If hardcoding is required, prior approval must be obtained so updates can be communicated when necessary.
Affiliate Payment
Affiliate commissions are pre-approved once an order has been placed and confirmed by Happy Mind and its suppliers. Happy Mind operates a 365-day payment window.
Some products may require additional confirmation from suppliers, which can result in delayed approval. Commission payments are issued only after the relevant activity, service, or experience has been completed.
