Program Overview
This program allows approved publishers to promote the advertiser’s products through tracked affiliate links on Awin. Commission is earned on qualifying, validated sales in accordance with the terms below.
Commission Structure
Publishers earn commission on completed and approved transactions tracked via Awin. Commission rates may vary by publisher type, promotional method, or campaign and are subject to change at the advertiser’s discretion. Any changes will be communicated in advance through Awin.
Validation and Payment
All transactions are subject to validation. Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent, or deemed in breach of these terms will not be approved for commission. Commission is payable only on completed sales after the validation period has passed.
Cookie Duration
The standard cookie duration applies as outlined in the Awin program settings. Commission is attributed to the last valid click within the cookie window unless otherwise stated.
Approved Promotional Methods
Publishers may promote the advertiser through content sites, editorial coverage, social media, newsletters, and approved paid media methods where permitted. All promotions must be truthful, accurate, and compliant with applicable advertising laws and platform guidelines.
Prohibited Promotional Methods
The following activities are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing:
Trademark bidding or use of the advertiser’s brand name in paid search ad copy or URLs
Coupon, cashback, or incentive promotion without prior approval
Browser extensions, toolbars, or adware
Misleading claims, false discounts, or unauthorized promo codes
Spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading redirects
The advertiser reserves the right to reverse commission and remove publishers engaging in prohibited activity.
Content and Brand Usage
Publishers may use approved brand assets solely for the purpose of promoting the advertiser through the Awin program. Brand assets may not be altered or used in a misleading or defamatory manner.
Compliance and Disclosure
Publishers must clearly disclose affiliate relationships in accordance with FTC guidelines and any local regulations. Failure to properly disclose may result in removal from the program.
Program Monitoring and Termination
The advertiser reserves the right to monitor publisher activity and to suspend or terminate participation in the program at any time for breach of these terms or for conduct deemed harmful to the brand.
Amendments
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
