EYCE Affiliate Program – Branding Guidelines
EYCE Brand Usage Guidelines
- Affiliates may use approved EYCE brand assets (logos, product images, videos, and copy) solely for the purpose of promoting official EYCE Accessories products in accordance with this affiliate program.
- All usage must be accurate, respectful, and consistent with EYCE’s positioning as a durable, design-forward cannabis accessories brand.
Prohibited Uses
Affiliates may not:
- Alter, distort, recolor, or recreate EYCE logos or trademarks
- Use EYCE branding in a misleading, deceptive, or defamatory manner
- Imply endorsement, sponsorship, or employment beyond participation in the affiliate program
- Make medical, therapeutic, or health claims
- Use the EYCE brand name (or variations) in domain names, social handles, or usernames
- Represent themselves as EYCE or as official EYCE customer support
- Use outdated or discontinued product imagery
Content Standards
- Acceptable content includes, but is not limited to:
- Product demonstrations and use-case content
- Lifestyle, durability, and design-focused showcases
- Honest reviews and comparisons
- Content must remain factual, brand-appropriate, and compliant with platform and legal guidelines.
FTC & Platform Compliance
- All affiliate content must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines
- Disclosures must be clear, visible, and appropriate to the platform being used
Paid Media & PPC
- Affiliates may not run paid search, display, or shopping ads using EYCE brand names, trademarks, or variations without prior written approval
- Affiliates may not impersonate EYCE in ad copy, creatives, or landing pages
Approval & Enforcement
EYCE reserves the right to request edits, removal, or correction of any affiliate content that does not comply with these guidelines. Repeated or material violations may result in commission reversals or removal from the affiliate program.
