By joining and participating in the Leggari Academy Affiliate Program via Awin, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are intended to ensure a fair, transparent, and mutually beneficial relationship between Leggari Academy (“Merchant”) and approved Affiliates (“Affiliate”).
1. Program Participation
All affiliate applications are subject to review and approval by Leggari Academy.
We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any Affiliate from the program at our sole discretion.
Affiliates must comply with these Program Terms, Awin policies, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future updates.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a flat $72 commission per qualifying sale, regardless of the product price or payment plan selected by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, one-time payments and installment or payment plan options.
Commission eligibility is determined by valid tracking through approved Awin affiliate links.
A 30-day cookie window applies from the customer’s initial click.
3. Transaction Validation & Payments
Commissions are paid only on completed, validated, and non-refunded transactions.
Transactions may be voided in cases of refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, fraud, or policy violations.
Payments are processed in accordance with Awin’s validation and payment schedules.
4. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are encouraged to promote Leggari Academy using ethical, transparent, and value-driven marketing methods.
Affiliates must not:
Make misleading, false, or unsubstantiated claims about Leggari Academy products or results
Promote Leggari Academy on websites or content that include adult, pornographic, gambling, hate-based, or illegal material
5. Prohibited Traffic & Marketing Practices
The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the program:
Pop-unders, forced redirects, or intrusive advertising formats
Cookie stuffing or any method that artificially places tracking cookies without genuine user intent
Use of bots, scripts, frames, iframes, auto-refreshing, or any automated or deceptive method designed to generate clicks, leads, or sales
6. Coupon & Discount Policy
Affiliates may only promote coupon codes or discounts that have been explicitly issued through the affiliate channel.
Promotion of unauthorized, expired, leaked, or fabricated coupon codes is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized coupon promotion may result in commission reversal and removal from the program.
7. Fraud Policy
Fraud is considered a serious violation.
Fraud includes, but is not limited to:
Artificially generating clicks, leads, or sales
Using automated tools, scripts, bots, or deceptive practices
Any intentional attempt to manipulate tracking, attribution, or commissions
Any attempted fraud or confirmed fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination from the program and voided commissions.
8. Domain & Brand Protection
Affiliates may not:
Purchase, register, or use domains or subdomains that impersonate or could mislead users into believing the site is an official Leggari Academy website
Use brand names, trademarks, or confusingly similar variations in domain names without prior written approval
9. PPC & Paid Advertising
At this time, there are no specific PPC or paid search restrictions for Affiliates. Leggari Academy reserves the right to introduce PPC guidelines in the future if necessary.
10. Termination
Affiliates found in violation of these Terms & Conditions will be rejected or removed from the program.
Upon termination, any pending or unpaid commissions associated with violations may be voided.
Leggari Academy reserves the right to terminate participation at any time to protect the integrity of the program.
11. Updates to Program Terms
Leggari Academy may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be communicated through the Awin platform. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
