Program Terms

Hugmoom Affiliate Branding Guidelines
1. Brand Name Usage
- Use the official brand name: Hugmoom (correct capitalization, spelling, and spacing).
- Do not abbreviate, misspell, alter, or create variations (e.g., Hug moom,Hugmoon US,HUGMOOM Luxury custom curtains,etc.).
- Do not use Hugmoom in domain names, subdomains, social media handles, or URLs without prior written approval.
2. Logo & Creative Assets
- Affiliates may only use official logos, banners, product images, and creatives provided via the Awin platform or directly from Hugmoom.
- Do not modify, stretch, recolor, crop, or overlay logos/imagery. Maintain original proportions and quality.
- All assets must be used in compliance with EU advertising laws and platform policies.

3. PPC & Search Advertising Policy (Strict)
- Bidding on Hugmoom trademark terms is prohibited, including brand names, product names, domain names, and all variations/misspellings.
- Hybrid keywords (TM + modifier) are forbidden (e.g., Hugmoom discount, review, coupon, code, sale, official, US/AU/CA).
- Do not include Hugmoom in ad copy, headlines, display URLs, or landing page meta keywords across Google, Bing, social platforms, or ad networks.
- All brand terms must be added as negative exact/phrase/broad match keywords in all PPC accounts.

4. Content & Disclosure Rules
- Promotional content must be accurate, honest, and non-misleading. Do not make false claims about products, performance, or pricing.
- Clearly disclose affiliate relationships (e.g., ad, affiliate, “Paid partnership”) in a prominent location (top of post, near links).
- Do not impersonate Hugmoom or claim to be an official representative.

5. Violations & Consequences
Any breach of these guidelines may result in:
- Immediate reversal of commissions
- Temporary suspension or permanent termination from the program
- Legal action for trademark infringement (if applicable)
