1. General
This affiliate program is operated by ChopChop USA (“we”, “us”). By joining, you agree to these Terms in addition to the Awin Publisher Agreement.
2. Commission & Validation
– Standard commission: 10% of net order value (excluding shipping, tax and any discounts).
– Cookie length: 30 days.
– Validation period: 30 days plus 7 days buffer.
– Orders that are cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or not paid in full will not earn commission.
3. Eligible Products
– Commission is paid on all physical products sold on chopchopusa.com
– No commission is paid on gift cards, shipping charges or store credit.
4. Traffic & Promotion Methods
Allowed:
– Content websites, blogs, reviews and comparison articles
– Social media (organic), YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
– Email marketing that complies with CAN-SPAM and local regulations
Not allowed:
– Cookie stuffing, adware, toolbars or forced clicks
– Misleading claims, fake scarcity or medical claims
– Adult, illegal or offensive content
5. Paid Search / PPC Policy
– Bidding on our brand terms, domain and misspellings (e.g. “chopchopusa”, “chop chop usa”) is strictly prohibited.
– No direct linking from paid search ads to our website.
– No use of our brand name in display URLs.
6. Voucher / Coupon Policy
– Only use coupons and promotions that we provide via Awin or direct communication.
– Transactions using unauthorised or leaked voucher codes may be declined.
– Publishers may not claim to offer “exclusive” coupons unless explicitly agreed.
7. Brand & Content Guidelines
– Do not misrepresent our products or make medical/health claims.
– Do not impersonate ChopChop USA on social media or create “official” pages without written permission.
– Use our approved logos and product images where possible.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Any changes will be communicated via the Awin Communication Center with at least 7 days’ notice.
