LOLA DENIM Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
Commission
Affiliates earn competitive commission rates on all valid, approved sales generated through their unique tracking links. Commission rates may be updated or adjusted at our discretion, with advance notice provided via Awin where applicable.
Cookie Duration
We offer a 30-day tracking cookie. Any qualifying purchase completed within 30 days of an initial referral click will be credited to the affiliate, provided no other affiliate link is clicked during that period.
Approved Promotion Channels
Affiliates may promote Lola Denim through approved channels including blogs, websites, social media platforms, email newsletters, and influencer content.
Paid search campaigns using Lola Denim brand terms, brand misspellings, or direct URL bidding—as well as promotion on coupon, cashback, or deal-focused sites—are strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is granted.
Creative Assets & Brand Use
Affiliates must use only Lola Denim–approved creative assets, including banners, product images, logos, and copy, as provided through Awin or directly by our team. Brand assets may not be altered, misrepresented, or used outside the scope of approved promotions.
Prohibited Practices
Affiliates may not engage in misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices. This includes, but is not limited to, false claims, unauthorized discounts, cookie stuffing, fraudulent clicks, spam, trademark misuse, or any unauthorized representation of the Lola Denim brand.
Payments
Affiliate payments are managed and issued by Awin in accordance with their standard payout schedule and policies. Minimum payout thresholds, validation periods, and payment methods are governed by Awin’s platform terms.
Termination & Compliance
Lola Denim reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate partnership at any time if these terms, Awin policies, or applicable laws are violated. Upon termination, the right to promote Lola Denim and use brand assets must cease immediately.
By joining and participating in the Lola Denim affiliate program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, as well as all applicable Awin platform policies.
