1. Program model and payouts
- The Program uses a revenue share model.
- You earn from 20% of the profit from every subscription for users you refer, for the lifetime of that customer (including renewals), as tracked by our attribution system.
- The definition of “profit”, payout methods, minimum payout thresholds, and payment schedule are described in your affiliate account or separate agreement and may be updated from time to time.
2. Traffic quality and compliance
- All traffic must be high‑quality, real, and generated by genuine users with an actual interest in eSign.
You must comply at all times with:
- Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines and Apple policies
- All applicable laws and regulations in the target GEO
- You are solely responsible for your traffic sources, ad creatives and funnels. If your promotion risks our App Store standing or violates Apple’s rules, we may suspend or terminate your participation and withhold commissions.
3. Prohibited traffic and practices
The following are strictly prohibited:
Motivated / incentivized traffic:
- Paying or rewarding users (cashback, points, gifts, coupons, etc.) for installing the app, starting a trial, subscribing, or taking in‑app actions.
- Any “incent” or “rewarded” campaigns designed primarily to generate installs or subscriptions.
Fraudulent or low‑quality traffic:
- Bot traffic, scripts, automated installs, emulator traffic or fake accounts.
- Click‑spamming, click‑injection or any artificial manipulation of attribution.
- Misleading users about what the app does, its pricing, or its relationship with Apple or other brands.
App Store policy violations:
- Encouraging or buying fake reviews, ratings or installs.
- Using misleading creatives that imitate system alerts, App Store screens or official Apple UI.
- Any promotion that could cause user complaints to Apple or appear as manipulation of rankings, ratings or discovery.
Spam and intrusive methods:
- Unsolicited email, SMS, push notifications, or messaging (spam).
- Forced clicks, auto‑redirects, exit‑popups that simulate system dialogs, or installing profiles/apps without clear consent.
Misuse of brand and intellectual property:
- Using “eSign” or our brand assets in your own app names, bundle IDs, or pretending to be the official eSign app or team.
- Registering domains or social accounts that could confuse users into thinking they are official eSign properties.
- We may update this prohibited list at any time. If in doubt, you must ask for written approval before launching a campaign.
4. Use of creatives and claims
- You must represent eSign accurately: features, pricing, availability and benefits must match the current product.
- You may use our official logos, screenshots and descriptions only as provided or approved by us and must not alter them in a misleading way.
- You must not make any promises or claims about features, pricing, privacy or legal compliance that we do not explicitly state on our official pages or materials.
5. Term, suspension and termination
- We may review your traffic and campaigns at any time.
We may suspend tracking, withhold commissions, or terminate your participation immediately if:
- We suspect fraud, prohibited traffic, policy violations, or high chargeback/refund rates;
- We receive warnings, policy actions or risk from Apple or other partners related to your traffic;
- You breach these Terms.
- Upon termination, you must stop all promotion of eSign and remove our links, creatives and brand assets from your properties.
6. Changes to the Program
- We may modify these Terms, payout rates, or the Program at any time.
- Continued participation after changes are published will mean you accept the updated Terms.
- If you are unsure whether a specific traffic source, ad network, or funnel is allowed under Apple rules or these Terms, you must contact us and obtain written approval before using it.
