The fact that we approved your application does not imply that we may not re-evaluate it at a later time. We may reject your application at our sole discretion. We may cancel your application if we determine that you or your site are unsuitable for our Program, including if you/it:
Promotes sexually explicit material
Promotes violence
Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Promotes illegal activities
Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law
Distributes coupons, promotional codes, or discount codes without agreement from Drowsy LLC. and/or Drowsy Sleep Co Ltd.
Use your unique affiliate link on coupon/discount sites.
Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion.
Contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program.
You may not create or design your website or any other website that you operate, explicitly or implied in a manner which resembles our website, nor design your website in a manner which leads customers to believe you are Drowsy. (Drowsy Sleep Co.)
We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement should you commit fraud in your use of the Drowsy Sleep Co Ltd Affiliate Program or should you abuse this program in any way. Individuals and performance marketing agencies that submit their unique affiliate link to discount/coupon websites will have their account deactivated and access restricted immediately upon discovery. Drowsy Sleep Co Ltd is also not required to pay outstanding commissions. If such fraud or abuse is detected, Drowsy Sleep Co Ltd shall not be liable to you for any commissions on any and all fraudulent sales.
PPC AND ADVERTISING RESTRICTIONS
Paid Search and PPC Restrictions
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
Bidding on any of the following keywords in exact, phrase, broad, modified, or any other match type:
"drowsy"
"drowsy sleep"
"drowsy sleep mask"
"drowsysleepco", "drowsysleepco.com", "www.drowsysleepco.com"
Any misspellings, plurals, abbreviations, or variations of the above (including but not limited to: drosy, drosy sleep, drowsyco, drowsy maks, drowsysleap).
Using Drowsy trademarks, brand names, URLs, or product names in ad copy, including ad titles, descriptions, display URLs, or visible URLs, unless expressly approved in writing by Drowsy.
Using domain masking, URL cloaking, redirects, or any method intended to obscure the final landing page or bypass PPC restrictions.
Running paid social, native, or display ads that use Drowsy trademarks or product names without prior written approval.
Direct Linking
Affiliates are permitted to link directly to drowsysleepco.com and its subpages, provided such links are not used in any PPC, paid search, or paid advertising campaigns. Direct linking is allowed only in unpaid channels such as organic content, blogs, email newsletters, coupon listings, deal sites, and other non-paid affiliate placements.
Negative Keyword Requirements
Affiliates must add the following terms as negative keywords in all paid search campaigns:

drowsy sleep
drowsy sleep mask
drowsysleepco
drowsy sleep co
drowsysleepco.com
www.drowsysleepco.com
Consequences of Non-Compliance
Any breach of the above restrictions will result in:
Immediate removal from the Drowsy affiliate program.
Forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.
Reversal of all transactions generated through prohibited PPC activity.
Potential trademark enforcement action.
Trademark Protection
"Drowsy", "Drowsy Sleep Co", "Drowsy Sleep Mask", and all related marks and domains are trademarks of Drowsy S.L. Affiliates shall not register, purchase, or use any domains, company names, social profiles, ad accounts, handles, or keywords incorporating these marks or any confusingly similar variations.
