These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Mojo Fun Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) agree to comply with these Terms.

The Mojo Fun Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote Mojo Fun products and earn commission on qualifying sales generated through approved affiliate tracking links.

Mojo Fun reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

Affiliates may promote Mojo Fun using the following approved methods, subject to compliance with these Terms:

Content websites and blogs

Editorial review sites

Loyalty, cashback, and reward platforms

Influencer and social media content

Email marketing to opt-in lists

Price comparison and voucher websites (where approved)

All promotional activity must be legal, transparent, and aligned with Mojo Fun’s brand values.

Affiliates must not engage in any of the following activities:

3.1 Unauthorised Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from running PPC, paid search, or bidding activities without prior written approvalfrom Mojo Fun. This includes, but is not limited to:

Bidding on Mojo Fun, Mojo, or any Mojo Fun brand names, trademarks, misspellings, or variations

Bidding on Mojo Fun URLs or domain variations

Using Mojo Fun branding in paid search ad copy or display URLs

Direct-to-merchant PPC campaigns

Paid social ads that directly link to Mojo Fun without approval

Any PPC activity must be explicitly authorised in writing. Unauthorized PPC activity may result in immediate suspension or removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

3.2 Brand Misrepresentation

Affiliates may not:

Misrepresent Mojo Fun products, pricing, availability, or promotions

Claim exclusive offers or discounts unless explicitly provided

Use misleading or deceptive marketing practices

3.3 Voucher & Incentive Abuse

Affiliates must not:

Promote expired, misleading, or unapproved discount codes

Use auto-applied or forced incentives without disclosure

Claim “exclusive” offers without authorisation

3.4 Technical & Tracking Abuse

Affiliates may not engage in:

Cookie stuffing

Click-jacking

Forced redirects

Malware, adware, or browser extensions without approval

Affiliates must:

Use only approved logos, brand assets, and creative

Ensure content is accurate, up to date, and clearly identifies affiliate relationships

Comply with FTC disclosure guidelines, including clear affiliate disclosures on applicable content

Commission is paid on approved and validated sales only

Mojo Fun reserves the right to decline transactions that are cancelled, returned, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms

Commission rates, validation periods, and payment schedules are defined within the affiliate platform

Mojo Fun and its affiliate management partners reserve the right to:

Monitor affiliate activity

Request traffic sources and campaign details

Remove affiliates found to be in breach of these Terms

Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal from the Program.

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time.

Mojo Fun reserves the right to withhold unpaid commissions if an affiliate is terminated due to breach of these Terms.

Mojo Fun may update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
