Lo & Co Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Commission & Payments
• Each affiliate will receive an individual tracking link for the purpose of attributing sales.
• A commission of 10% per approved order will apply and be paid via the Awin platform in line with its standard payment processes.
• The commission applies only to purchases completed on the Lo & Co website. Orders that are returned, cancelled, refunded, or reversed will not qualify.
2. Tracking Period
• Sales will be attributed where a purchase is completed within 30 days of a customer clicking the affiliate’s tracking link.
3. Promotion Guidelines
• All promotional activity must reflect Lo & Co’s brand direction, values, and visual identity.
• Content must be submitted for approval by the Lo & Co team prior to publication.
• Approved content may be shared across relevant digital channels, including social platforms, websites, and editorial placements.
• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring all partnership disclosures and platform requirements are met.
• PPC (Pay-Per-Click) bidding on our brand name, product names, or trademarks is strictly prohibited.
4. Program Conduct
• Affiliates must not use misleading claims, inappropriate messaging, or tactics that could negatively impact the Lo & Co brand.
• Lo & Co may remove affiliates from the program at its discretion if these terms are not upheld.
5. Product Provision
• Product may be supplied for content creation at Lo & Co’s discretion.
• Product gifting is assessed on a case-by-case basis and may change at any time.
• Providing product does not guarantee commission approval or ongoing participation.
6. Communication
• Affiliates are expected to communicate clearly and professionally with the Lo & Co team.
• Any changes to approved content, timing, or usage must be discussed in advance.
7. Updates to Terms
• Lo & Co may revise these terms from time to time.
• Continued participation in the program confirms acceptance of the most current version.
