1. Program Overview
The COLAMY Affiliate Program allows approved publishers to earn commissions by promoting COLAMY office chairs and related products through eligible marketing channels in accordance with the terms outlined below.
2. Commission & Cookie Duration
Commission rate: 6% per validated sale.
Cookie duration: 30 days on a last-click attribution basis.
Commission is paid on completed and validated orders only.
Orders may be declined due to cancellations, returns, fraud, or violation of program terms.
3. Allowed Promotional Channels
- YouTube videos and video reviews
- Product review and comparison websites
- Blog content and editorial websites
- Reddit posts and community discussions (organic only)
- Social media platforms (organic traffic)
- Deal, coupon, and cashback websites
4. PPC & Brand Bidding Policy
Affiliates must ensure that paid ads do not mislead users or impersonate the official COLAMY website.
5. Coupon & Cashback Policy
Affiliates may only promote coupon codes that are officially provided or approved by COLAMY.
Unauthorized or misleading discount claims are strictly prohibited.
6. Content & Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must:
- Use accurate and up-to-date product information
- Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law
- Avoid false claims, exaggerated discounts, or misleading messaging
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
- Self-referrals or personal purchases
- Misrepresentation of COLAMY as the official store
- Use of unauthorized domains or misleading URLs
- Spam, adult, or illegal content
8. Returns, Cancellations & Invalid Orders
Orders that are returned, refunded, cancelled, or deemed fraudulent
are not eligible for commission.
9. Compliance & Termination
COLAMY reserves the right to:
- Withhold or reverse commissions
- Remove affiliates from the program
- Modify program terms at any time
Any violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program.
