Select Brands Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
By joining the Select Brands Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to protect both our brand and our affiliate partners while ensuring a positive experience for customers.
Commission & Tracking
Affiliates earn a 5% commission on qualifying sales generated through approved affiliate links.
The program operates on a 30-day cookie window.
Commissions are awarded on completed purchases only and may be adjusted for returns, refunds, cancellations, or fraudulent activity.
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Select Brands products through websites, blogs, social media platforms, email newsletters, and approved content channels.
All promotional content must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
Affiliates may only promote approved and active offers provided through the affiliate program.
Unauthorized coupon codes, expired promotions, or misleading deal messaging are strictly prohibited.
Content & Brand Representation
Affiliates must represent Select Brands in a professional and brand-safe manner.
Content must not include offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or inappropriate material.
Affiliates may not imply endorsement, partnership, or employment beyond participation in the affiliate program.
Email & Messaging Restrictions
Affiliates may not send spam, unsolicited emails, or messages that violate CAN-SPAM or similar regulations.
Email marketing must be permission-based and comply with all applicable laws.
Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC and IAB guidelines.
Disclosures must be clear, visible, and understandable to consumers.
Geographic Restrictions
Select Brands currently ships to the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and U.S. military bases.
Affiliates should not promote shipping availability outside of these regions.
Program Compliance & Termination
Select Brands reserves the right to review affiliate activity for compliance.
We may withhold commissions, reverse transactions, or terminate affiliate participation for violations of program terms.
Affiliates may be removed from the program at any time at our discretion.
