The STATEMENT affiliate program is operated through Awin and offers commissions ranging from 10% to 20% on validated sales. Tracking is managed via the Awin platform, with cookies set in accordance with Awin’s standard tracking policies. Commissions are validated after the applicable return and cancellation period and may be cancelled in the event of returns, refunds, order cancellations, failed payments, or fraudulent activity.
Affiliates must apply and be approved prior to participation. All partners are required to respect STATEMENT’s brand image, premium positioning, and content guidelines. The use of unauthorized vouchers or promo codes, brand bidding on search engines, misleading advertising, trademark infringement, or any activity that may damage the brand’s image or reputation is strictly prohibited.
Approved promotional methods include editorial content, influencer collaborations, social media content with appropriate disclosure, and email marketing to opt-in audiences only. STATEMENT reserves the right to refuse or remove affiliates whose content, channels, or practices are not aligned with the brand’s values or positioning.
Both STATEMENT and its affiliates reserve the right to withdraw from the affiliate program at any time. In the event of termination, commissions generated prior to the termination date will remain payable provided that the transactions are valid, compliant with the program terms, and not subject to returns, cancellations, or fraud. STATEMENT reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions resulting from non-compliant activities.
All affiliates must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including advertising disclosure requirements, data protection and privacy laws (including GDPR), as well as Awin’s global terms and conditions.
