Commission & Attribution
Commission is paid on a last-click attribution model
We do not de-duplicate affiliate sales against other online advertising channels
A basket freeze applies 30 minutes after a product is added to cart
Commission is only paid on completed and non-returned orders
Approved Promotional Methods
Publishers may promote True Beauty Lashes via:
Content websites and blogs
Social media platforms
Email marketing (to opted-in audiences)
Influencer and creator content
Deal and cashback sites (where approved)
All promotions must be truthful, brand-safe, and accurately represent our products and claims.
Voucher & Discount Codes
Only voucher codes explicitly approved for affiliate use may be promoted
Unauthorized codes or leaked internal promotions may result in commission removal or program removal
PPC & Paid Media
Publishers may not:
Bid on brand terms including “True Beauty Lashes,” “LashLovr,” or misspellings
Use paid ads that impersonate the brand or appear as official True Beauty Lashes advertising
Direct-link paid ads to the website without prior written approval
Branding & Content Guidelines
Brand name must be displayed as True Beauty Lashes
LashLovr may be referenced as our AI-powered lash matching experience
Publishers may not misrepresent products or make unsupported claims
Claims related to medical, dermatological, or allergy benefits are not permitted
We encourage educational, inclusive, and authentic content that helps customers feel confident and supported.

Publishers may state that our products are:

Supported by AI-powered personalization through LashLovr
Aloe-infused and formulated with low-chemical content
Publishers may not state or imply that products are medical, hypoallergenic, or guaranteed allergy-safe.
Returns & Cancellations
Commission will be reversed for returned or canceled orders
Fraudulent or self-referring transactions are prohibited
Program Compliance
True Beauty Lashes reserves the right to:
Review publisher activity for compliance
Remove publishers who violate program terms
Update program terms with notice via the Awin platform
