Welcome to the Domi Outdoor Living Affiliate Program on Awin. By joining our program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

Domi Outdoor Living specializes in premium outdoor living products for the U.S. market, including hardtop gazebos, louvered pergolas, sunrooms, patio furniture, and related accessories.
Our affiliate program rewards qualified referrals that result in valid purchases through your approved promotional channels.

Standard Commission: 5% per validated sale

Bonus Campaigns: May be offered during seasonal events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Summer Sale).

Cookies: 30

Commission Locking Period: 30-60 days to allow for returns and fraud checks.

Domi reserves the right to adjust commission rates during special promotions or at our discretion.

Affiliates may promote Domi Outdoor Living using:

Content websites & blogs

Review/comparison sites

Coupon & deal sites (must list valid codes only)

Email marketing (must comply with CAN-SPAM)

Social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Paid ads with restrictions (see Section 4)

All promotional methods must provide accurate, non-misleading information about our products and brand.

To protect our brand integrity, the following are strictly prohibited:

4.1 Paid Search (PPC) Restrictions

No bidding on branded keywords or misspellings, including but not limited to:
“Domi”, “Domi Outdoor”, “Domi Outdoor Living”, “Domi Gazebo”, “Domi Pergola”

No direct linking to our website from PPC ads

Allowed: Generic outdoor-furniture keywords with your own landing pages

4.2 Coupon Code Policy

You may only promote coupon codes that are:

Provided directly through Awin

Sent to you by our affiliate team

Unauthorized coupon use may result in reversal of commissions.

4.3 Prohibited Content

Affiliates may not:

Use false claims (e.g., “lifetime warranty,” “guaranteed delivery” unless provided by Domi)

Use trademarks, logos, or brand images without approval

Create websites that mimic domioutdoorliving.com

Promote through websites containing illegal, hateful, adult, or harmful content

4.4 Email & Social Advertising

No impersonation of Domi Outdoor Living

No misleading subject lines or clickbait

No spam behavior

4.5 Domain & Social Handle Restrictions

You may not register domains or social handles containing:
“domi”, “domi outdoor”, “domioutdoorliving”, or confusingly similar variations.

Commissions may be declined or reversed if:

The order is cancelled, returned, or refunded

The transaction is flagged as fraudulent

Coupon misuse or policy violations are detected

The customer uses a non-affiliate discount code

Domi Outdoor Living retains sole discretion in validating transactions.

Approved affiliates may use:

Banners, product images, and text links provided through Awin

Custom images only if they accurately represent our products and brand

Unauthorized alterations of product photos or brand assets are prohibited.

All affiliates must follow FTC Endorsement Guidelines, including:

Clear disclosure of affiliate relationship

Statements such as “This post contains affiliate links…”

Non-compliance may result in immediate removal.

Domi Outdoor Living reserves the right to:

Modify commission rates

Reject an affiliate application

Terminate any affiliate at any time for violations or harmful activity

Update these Terms & Conditions with or without notice

Domi Outdoor Living is not responsible for:

Loss of revenue due to tracking issues outside our control

Errors in promotional materials not generated by us
Affiliates participate at their own risk.
