PPC Advertising
PPC campaigns are permitted only with explicit compliance to our PPC T&C.
Affiliates may not:
Bid on any SUNJOY brand terms, misspellings, or variations.
Use our brand names in ad copy, headlines, display URLs, or paths.
Direct-link to any SUNJOY domain from paid ads.
Use cloaking, trademark obfuscation, or misleading redirects.
Brand Protection
Affiliates must not register, purchase, or use domains or subdomains that may cause consumers to believe they are part of SUNJOY Group or its subsidiaries. This includes misspellings, similar pronunciations, or domains combining brand terms with promotional language.
Affiliates may not create websites, landing pages, or materials that impersonate SUNJOY or appear to be official merchant websites.
General Promotion Rules
No Pop-Ups, Pop-Unders, forced clicks, automatic redirects, or cookie stuffing.
No copying or scraping SUNJOY website product content without modification.
No unauthorized use of SUNJOY trademarks, product images, or brand assets.
Social media accounts must not impersonate or appear to be official SUNJOY channels.
All affiliate promotions must include proper FTC-compliant disclosures (#ad, #affiliate).
Outdated coupons and expired promotions must be removed within 24 hours.
Coupon & Voucher Policy
Only coupon codes issued through Awin may be promoted.
Any transactions using unapproved codes will be reversed.
Affiliates may not create or advertise “fake” or speculative coupons.
Email & Toolbar Marketing
Toolbar promotion requires explicit written approval.
Email affiliates must obtain permission before sending campaigns.
Emails may not imply they come from SUNJOY or an official SUNJOY newsletter.
Prohibited Traffic Sources
Bot traffic, incentivized traffic without disclosure, fake leads, or fraudulent clicks.
Any activity violating Awin’s network policies.
Violations
Any breach of these terms may result in immediate removal from the programme and cancellation of pending or paid commissions. SUNJOY reserves the right to reverse commissions for up to 60 days on fraudulent or policy-violating transactions.
