By applying to join the ZELEX Affiliate Program through Awin, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully. Your participation signifies your acceptance of these terms.
- 1. Commission Structure
The base commission rate is 5%-10% of net sales (different commission tiers apply to different types of publishers).
Affiliates may apply for a higher commission rate, but any adjustment or approval is at the sole discretion of ZELEX.
Commissions are paid only for orders that are validly tracked and completed through Awin.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, images, product descriptions, logos, and marketing materials on the zelexdoll.com website, as well as all materials provided by ZELEX, are the exclusive property of ZELEX.
Affiliates may only use approved creative materials, links, banners, and product images provided through Awin for promotion.
Unauthorized modification, distribution, or use of related content is strictly prohibited.
3. Content Guidelines
The affiliate's website, blog, or promotional channels must not contain the following content related to the sexual health and lifestyle industry:
3.1 Illegal, violent, discriminatory, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate content.
3.2 Misleading advertising; affiliates must not engage in deceptive marketing practices, including but not limited to false advertising, misleading product descriptions, or deceptive URLs.
3.3 Spam: Promotion of ZELEX through spam or junk messages, including unsolicited emails, social media direct messages, or other forms of spam promotion, is strictly prohibited.
3.4 Affiliates must not use ZELEX's trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property in any manner that may cause confusion or misrepresent the relationship between ZELEX and the affiliate.
4. Allowed & Prohibited Promotion Methods
4.1 Allowed promotion methods include:
a) Social media platforms.
b) Websites, blogs, and review channels.
c) Email newsletters (must comply with legal requirements).
4.2 Prohibited promotion methods include:
a) Misleading or deceptive advertising.
b) Promoting any discount or coupon codes not officially assigned to the affiliate by ZELEX through the Awin platform. The use of codes sourced from third-party websites, coupon aggregators, browser extensions, other affiliates, or any unauthorized channels is strictly forbidden.
c) Trademark bidding.
d) Spam or unsolicited email marketing.
e) Any activity that may damage the reputation of the ZELEX brand.
5. Order Validity & Non-Payment
Commissions will not be paid for:
5.1 Refunded, canceled, returned, or fraudulent orders.
5.2 Duplicate transactions.
5.3 Orders that cannot be correctly tracked by the Awin system due to ad blockers, cookie restrictions, or other reasons.
5.4 Any order generated through the use of a discount or coupon code that was not officially assigned to the tracking affiliate.
6. Brand Representation
Affiliates agree to represent the ZELEX brand and its related websites in an honest, professional, and respectful manner.
7. Account Termination
ZELEX reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate's account at its sole discretion at any time.
Reasons for termination may include violation of this agreement, fraudulent activity, reputational harm, or use of prohibited promotion methods.
In most cases, ZELEX will notify the affiliate of the relevant issues before termination; however, in severe cases, ZELEX reserves the right to terminate immediately.
ZELEX may update or modify this agreement, commission rates, or program rules at any time. Continued participation in the program signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Compliance & Monitoring
ZELEX will monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with this agreement. Affiliates found in violation may be immediately removed from the program, and all pending commissions may be forfeited.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZELEX operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
