Commission is paid only on completed, non-refunded, non-fraudulent orders.
Eligibility & Approval
You must be at least 18 years old.
All publishers are manually reviewed. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
Allowed Promotion Methods
Content sites, blogs, comparison/review sites.
Social media (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.).
Email newsletters using permission-based, opt-in lists.
Restricted / Case-by-Case
Coupon and deal sites are allowed only with manual approval.
Cashback / rewards / rebate programs and browser extensions may be limited or declined at our discretion if they conflict with other partners or campaigns.
Prohibited Promotion Methods
Spam email, purchased email lists, or unsolicited messages.
Misleading claims, fake reviews, or impersonating BMX.
Use of adware, malware, cookie stuffing, or forced clicks.
Illegal, hateful, adult, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Paid Search (PPC) Rules
No bidding on brand terms including “BMX”, “Better Mobile Xperience”, “SolidSafe”, or misspellings/variations.
No using our brand names in your ad display URL.
No direct linking from paid search ads to BMX sites. Send traffic to your own landing page first.
Coupon / Discount Code Policy
Only BMX-approved coupon or discount codes may be promoted.
Commission may be reversed if an order is driven by unauthorized, leaked, or misused codes.
Branding & Content
You may use official logos, product names, and images provided by BMX or via the Awin interface.
Do not edit product images or logos in a way that changes the brand or misrepresents the product.
Do not make absolute safety claims (for example “fireproof”, “explosion-proof”, or “100% safe”). All claims must be honest and aligned with heybmx.com.
Reversals & Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reverse commissions for:
Refunded, cancelled, or charged-back orders.
Fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referred orders.
Orders generated through prohibited promotion methods or policy violations.
Legal & Compliance
Affiliates must follow all applicable advertising and disclosure laws and platform rules, including FTC endorsement guidelines, and must clearly disclose affiliate relationships to their audience.
