ETechBuy is a U.S.–based retailer specializing in enterprise hardware including servers, storage drives, motherboards, networking equipment, and professional IT components. Our affiliate program allows publishers to promote our products and earn commissions on verified sales generated through tracked links or product feed listings.
2. Commission Structure
Standard Commission: 1–3% per approved sale
High-Value Categories: 1% (Servers, Storage, Enterprise components)
Consumer Items: 2–3%
Custom Negotiated Rates: Case-by-case basis depending on traffic source and sales volume
No commission on: cancelled orders, returns, fraud, or self-referrals
Commission rates may be adjusted anytime with reasonable notice to partners.

3.2 Disallowed Traffic Sources
Paid search bidding on our brand name (“ETECHBUY”, “etechbuy.com”)
Typo-squatting domains
Spam email or forced clicks
Cookie stuffing
Toolbar/browser extension without approval
Any activity that manipulates tracking or inflates clicks
4. Product Feed Usage
Publishers may use our product feed for:
Price comparison
Product catalogs
Automated listings
Promotional placements
Feed Requirements:
Only use the latest feed version
Do not alter pricing or product names
Must update listings daily (recommended)
5. Tracking & Validation
All sales are tracked through Awin’s tracking technology.
Orders are validated within 30 days to confirm:
Payment received
No fraud detected
Customer has not requested a return or cancellation
Only valid sales will receive commission.
6. Coupon & Discount Code Policy
Only coupons provided through Awin or from sales@etechbuy.com may be promoted
Unauthorized coupons or expired codes cannot be used
Deal sites must ensure clean and accurate coupon listings
7. PPC Policy
No bidding on our branded terms
No direct linking to etechbuy.com
Generic hardware terms allowed (e.g., “server hard drives”)
Violations may lead to reversed commissions or program removal.
8. Trademark Usage
Publishers may use our approved trademarks:
“ETechBuy”
“ETechBuy.com”
Product names and SKUs
Logos and brand assets must not be altered.
9. Prohibited Behavior
Using misleading claims
Misrepresenting product details
Creating fake reviews
Violating FTC disclosure guidelines
Listing false pricing
Any violation may result in immediate termination.
10. Termination Clause
ETechBuy reserves the right to remove any publisher who violates the above terms or engages in unethical behavior. Publishers may leave the program at any time.
