1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Meri Select website (meriselect.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Meri Select provides two primary services:
· Bespoke Customisation: We facilitate the creation of personalised products based on your specifications. You are responsible for providing accurate, final design details. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or late submissions.
· Curated Retail: We sell a selected range of products. Every effort is made to ensure accurate depiction, but colour and appearance may vary based on your device display.
3. Orders & Contracts
· Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
· We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
· A contract for sale is formed only when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation.
· For custom orders, the contract is formed upon our explicit written acceptance of your order and design specifications.
4. Pricing & Payment
· All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£), include VAT where applicable, and exclude delivery charges unless stated.
· We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
· Payment is processed securely at checkout. Your card is charged upon order confirmation.
5. Delivery
· Estimated delivery times for standard orders are up to 30 business days from the date of dispatch.
· During peak seasons or public holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Black Friday), delivery times may be extended up to 40 business days. Specific notices will be provided on the product page or at checkout when applicable.
· All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.
· The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you have provided.
· You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate and complete.
6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds (Consumer Rights)
· Standard Curated Goods: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
· Custom/Bespoke Goods: Due to their personalised nature, orders for custom-made items are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel and return, unless they are faulty. Please review your design carefully before confirming.
· Faulty or Damaged Goods: Please contact us immediately. We comply with all statutory consumer rights regarding goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
· All website content, logos, and designs are our property or licensed to us.
· For custom orders, you warrant that any designs, images, or text you provide do not infringe third-party rights. You grant us a license to use this material solely to fulfil your order.
8. Limitation of Liability
Meri Select shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
