Fiber & Ore – General Terms
Welcome to the Fiber & Ore Affiliate Program.
By participating, affiliates agree to the following terms and requirements. These policies are designed to ensure fair attribution, protect our brand, and create a high-performing partnership for all parties.
1. Commission Structure
Standard Commission: 8%
Performance tiers or VIP commissions may be offered at Fiber & Ore’s discretion.
Commissions apply to approved products only.
Commissions are paid on net sales (excluding returns, cancellations, chargebacks, and fraud).
2. Cookie Window
Default cookie duration: 30 days unless otherwise noted.
Only one commission per order will be attributed, based on AWIN’s standard attribution rules.
3. Prohibited Traffic Sources
The following are NOT permitted unless explicitly approved in writing:
A. Brand-Bidding / PPC Restrictions
Affiliates may NOT:
Bid on Fiber & Ore brand terms (including variations or misspellings).
Use our brand name in paid search ad copy, headlines, or display URLs.
Use direct linking PPC ads to Fiber & Ore’s website.
B. Coupon & Deal Sites
Coupon, cashback, and incentive sites are not allowed.
Unauthorized coupon/incentive traffic will result in reversed commissions.
C. Software, Toolbar, and Extension Traffic
The following are strictly prohibited:
Browser extensions or toolbars
Adware, malware, or forced-click technology
Interstitial or automatic redirect traffic
D. Misleading or Fake Promotions
Affiliates may NOT use:
False discounts or expired coupon codes
Unauthorized “exclusive” offers
Claims implying official partnership not explicitly approved
4. Content & Brand Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Fiber & Ore using content that is:
Accurate, honest, and compliant with FTC disclosure rules
Free of medical claims (e.g., “cures,” “treats,” or “prevents” conditions)
Aligned with our brand positioning as a premium men’s lifestyle brand
Affiliates may NOT:
Make unapproved medical, antifungal, or therapeutic claims
Alter our logos, product images, or branding assets without permission
Use content that is offensive, hateful, or misleading
5. Email & Social Media Marketing
Email or social promotions must:
Be sent only to opt-in audiences
Clearly disclose affiliate relationships
Not impersonate Fiber & Ore or use our name in “From” fields
Paid social traffic is allowed but must not imply official partnership unless approved.
6. Websites & Media Eligible for Approval
We accept publishers that maintain:
Professional-quality websites or social profiles
Genuine audiences with organic engagement
Content aligned with men’s lifestyle, fashion, fitness, travel, gear, or related niches
We may decline applications from:
Thin content sites
Adult content
Fake traffic sources
Non-English or non-US–targeted websites (case-by-case)
7. Fraud & Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to suspend or reverse commissions for:
Fraudulent transactions
Self-purchases
Orders generated through deceptive tactics
Violations of brand-bidding rules
Any action that manipulates attribution or artificially inflates traffic
Continuous violations may result in removal from the program.
8. Use of Creative Assets
Affiliates may use approved:
Product images
Brand photography
Logos
Messaging/copy provided within Awin
Custom or altered creative requires approval.
9. Modification of Terms
Fiber & Ore reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
