Program Terms

Daily Dose Affiliate Program - Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 12/2/2025

This Affiliate Service Agreement is made between Daily Dose, LLC ("Daily Dose") and you as an Affiliate utilizing the AWIN service. By signing up, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.

 

 

GENERAL TERMS

  • Place Daily Dose banners and links on your site as appropriate for your audience
  • Use tracking links provided through AWIN platform only
  • Links from other sources may result in declined commissions
  • Adult, hate, or competing supplement brand sites are NOT ALLOWED
  • Pages with our links must comply with all terms below

 

 

SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING (SEM) - STRICTLY PROHIBITED

Affiliates are NOT PERMITTED to conduct ANY paid search (PPC) activity.

NOT ALLOWED:

Penalty: Immediate termination and all commissions voided.

 

 

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO) POLICY

Affiliates may mention Daily Dose BUT cannot:

  • Create content designed to rank for "Daily Dose" or "Superfoods for Motherhood"
  • Use brand terms in domain names, subdomains, or subfolders
  • Over-optimize content to compete with Daily Dose's organic search presence
  • Create "Daily Dose alternatives" or comparison content targeting our keywords

All links must include "nofollow" attribute:

What IS allowed: Authentic reviews within broader maternal health content, natural social media mentions, editorial recommendations.

Penalty: Program suspension and commission forfeiture.

 

 

TRADEMARK & DOMAIN RESTRICTIONS

"Daily Dose" and "Superfoods for Motherhood" are registered trademarks.

NOT ALLOWED:

  • Registering domains containing "dailydose," "daily-dose," "superfoods for motherhood," or variations
  • Creating websites that impersonate Daily Dose
  • Using trademarks in paid advertising
  • Altering Daily Dose logos or branding materials

 

 

COUPON & DISCOUNT CODE POLICY - STRICTLY PROHIBITED

Coupon, discount, or deal websites are NOT permitted in the Daily Dose affiliate program.

This includes voucher code sites, discount aggregators, deal platforms, and coupon browser extensions.

  • Affiliates may ONLY promote codes officially distributed through AWIN
  • Promoting unauthorized, expired, or non-existent codes is forbidden
  • Sales through unauthorized codes will be declined

Penalty: Immediate removal and all commissions forfeited.

 

 

CASHBACK & REWARDS - STRICTLY PROHIBITED

Cashback sites, loyalty platforms, and reward point programs are NOT permitted.

 

 

EMAIL MARKETING POLICY

ALL email marketing requires written approval from Daily Dose before sending.

To request approval, contact the affiliate team through AWIN with your creative, copy, audience details, and send date.

Requirements:

  • Must comply with CAN-SPAM Act
  • Must clearly identify sender (you, the affiliate)
  • Cannot impersonate Daily Dose
  • Must be sent to opt-in subscribers only

NOT ALLOWED: Unsolicited email, unapproved blasts, purchased lists.

Penalty: Immediate suspension and commission forfeiture.

 

 

SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

Affiliates may promote on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter/X, and other platforms.

Requirements:

  • Clearly identify yourself as an affiliate with FTC disclosure (#ad, #affiliate)
  • Cannot impersonate Daily Dose or create official-looking accounts
  • Must accurately represent products

NOT ALLOWED:

  • Paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) using Daily Dose brand terms
  • Using logos in profile pictures/headers suggesting official affiliation

 

 

PROHIBITED PRACTICES

Cookie Manipulation - Strictly Forbidden:

  • Pop-ups/pop-unders forcing cookie placement
  • Cookie stuffing, iFrames, auto-redirects
  • Any deceptive practice to claim unearned sales

Fraud:

  • Bots, scripts, or automated tools for fake clicks/sales
  • Self-referrals or fake transactions
  • Any intentional deceptive practice

ANY FRAUD RESULTS IN: Immediate termination, voided commissions, potential legal action.

Other Prohibited Methods:

  • Toolbar or browser extension advertising
  • Desktop advertising applications
  • Typosquatting or URL hijacking

 

 

COMMISSION & PAYMENT

  • Commission: 10% on all validated sales
  • Cookie Duration: 30 days
  • Validation: After delivery + 30-day refund period

Commissions DECLINED for:

  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Terms violations
  • Returns/refunds
  • Self-referrals
  • Improperly tracked transactions

 

 

COMPLIANCE & TERMINATION

Daily Dose reserves the right to:

  • Monitor affiliate activity
  • Decline commissions violating terms
  • Suspend or terminate affiliates without notice
  • Modify program terms with 30 days notice

Grounds for Immediate Termination:

  • PPC campaigns
  • Coupon/cashback sites
  • Cookie stuffing or fraud
  • Trademark violations
  • Competing SEO content
  • Unapproved email marketing

Effects: All pending commissions reviewed/voided, affiliate links removed, promotional materials must be removed within 48 hours.

 

 

CHANGES & COMMUNICATION

Daily Dose may modify this Agreement with 30 days notice via email or AWIN. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

ACCEPTANCE

By participating in the Daily Dose affiliate program through AWIN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
