1. Eligibility
Affiliates must operate a legitimate website, social media channel, email list, or online platform suitable for promoting Revive Collagen. We reserve the right to decline or remove any affiliate who does not align with our brand or violates these terms.
2. Commission Structure
Commission is paid on valid, completed sales generated through approved tracking links. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or unfulfilled will not qualify for commission. Commissions are calculated on the net order value (excluding sales tax, shipping, and service fees).
3. Cookie Duration
Our program uses a 30-day cookie window. Sales made within 30 days of the user clicking an affiliate link will be credited to the affiliate, provided no other rules supersede the attribution.
4. Approved Promotional Methods
The following methods are allowed:
• Content marketing, blog posts, and reviews
• Social media promotion
• Email marketing (must comply with CAN-SPAM)
• PPC/Search advertising (Google, Bing, Yahoo)
• Brand bidding and direct linking are allowed
• Loyalty, rewards, and membership sites
• Media buying and approved display advertising
• Influencer and creator promotions
5. Restricted Promotional Methods
The following are not allowed:
• Misleading, exaggerated, or unapproved health claims
• Promotion through spam, unsolicited emails, or non-compliant email practices
• Use of toolbars, browser extensions, or adware
• Use of unapproved or expired coupon codes
• Misrepresentation of pricing, product details, or promotions
• Promotion on adult, offensive, or inappropriate websites
• Any activity that may damage the Revive Collagen brand
6. Brand & Creative Guidelines
Affiliates must use the official logos, images, product photos, and promotional materials provided by Revive Collagen.
• Do not alter, edit, or recreate brand assets.
• All product descriptions must match information from our official website.
• No unauthorized medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic claims may be used.
• The brand name must always be spelled correctly: Revive Collagen.
7. PPC & Search Marketing
• Brand bidding is allowed.
• Direct linking to our website is allowed.
• Misspellings, brand variations, and brand + generic terms are allowed.
• Shopping ads and CSS activity are allowed.
• Ads must be honest, compliant, and not misleading.
8. Intellectual Property
All creative assets, trademarks, logos, and product information remain the property of Revive Collagen. Affiliates may only use these materials for the purpose of promoting the program.
9. Commission Validation & Declines
Commission may be declined for:
• Cancelled orders
• Returned or refunded items
• Payment failures or failed credit checks
• Duplicate or fraudulent orders
• Out-of-stock or unfulfilled orders
• Violation of program terms
• Improper use of tracking links or discount codes
10. Termination
Revive Collagen reserves the right to suspend, pause, or permanently remove any affiliate who breaches these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or promotes the brand in a way that harms our reputation.
11. Policy Changes
Revive Collagen may update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program indicates acceptance of any changes.
