The Sleep Shop affiliate program is operated under the FGS Group, a family-run retail business established over 78 years ago. Affiliates are rewarded for driving validated sales through approved marketing practices. We value transparency, fairness and long-term partnerships, consistent with our 4.9 Trustpilot rating.
2. Commission Structure
• Standard Commission: 6% on all approved transactions
• Commission applies only to completed, non-cancelled, non-refunded and non-fraudulent orders
• Adjusted or declined commissions may occur where misuse or unapproved voucher use is identified
3. Voucher & Discount Code Policy
• Only codes issued or approved by The Sleep Shop via Awin may be promoted
• Unapproved vouchers may result in declined or reduced commissions
• Publishers must not invent, scrape or revive expired codes
4. Allowed Traffic Sources
• Content, editorial and blog placements
• Review and comparison platforms
• Cashback & loyalty sites (subject to approval)
• GDPR-compliant email marketing
• PPC on generic, non-brand terms
• Social media and influencer content
5. Prohibited Traffic Sources
• PPC bidding on brand terms, misspellings or close variants
• Direct linking PPC campaigns
• Cloaking, URL masking or forced clicks
• Misleading claims about promotions or pricing
6. Cookie Period
The standard cookie window is 30 days.
7. Price, Content & Compliance Requirements
Affiliates must:
• Maintain accurate product information
• Display up-to-date pricing and promotions
• Avoid unapproved medical/performance claims
• Use creative assets responsibly and without modification unless approved
8. Program Integrity & Removals
We reserve the right to remove affiliates or decline commissions that violate program rules, engage in prohibited tactics or compromise customer experience.
