Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Fanatical Foods Ltd. Affiliate Programme via the Awin network. By applying to or participating in the programme, publishers agree to be bound by these Terms, the Awin Platform Terms, and any programme-specific rules published within the Awin interface.

Participation is subject to approval at our sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.

Publishers act as independent contractors and have no authority to act on behalf of or bind Fanatical Foods Ltd..

All promotional activity must be lawful, honest, and non-misleading, and must not damage the reputation ofFanatical Foods Ltd. or the Awin network. Spam, misleading advertising, infringement of third-party rights, and promotion on illegal, offensive or inappropriate websites or channels is prohibited.

Publishers are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use Fanatical Foods Ltd.'s approved logos, trademarks and marketing assets solely for the purpose of promoting the programme and in accordance with any branding guidelines published on Awin.

Publishers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising standards, consumer protection law, and data protection law, and must clearly disclose the existence of the affiliate relationship where required.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any publisher’s participation at our discretion, including (but not limited to) in cases of fraud, breach of these Terms, or breach of Awin policies. In cases of fraud or material breach, outstanding commissions may be withheld or forfeited.

We make no guarantees as to earnings or performance and exclude liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Programme-specific rules regarding commission, PPC, branding, notice periods, publisher eligibility, and de-duplication are published separately within the Awin interface and form part of this agreement.
