Standard commission rate: 5% on approved sales.
Commission is calculated on the net order value (excluding VAT and delivery charges).
Commission will be declined for cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions.
Cookie Period
Cookie duration: 30 days.
Standard AWIN last-click attribution applies.
Paid Search (PPC) Policy
Brand bidding is prohibited.
Affiliates may not bid on “Gardening Naturally”, misspellings, or close variations.
No use of our brand name in ad copy, display URLs, or PPC keywords.
Direct linking is not allowed—ads must link to your own landing page first.
Paid social campaigns must follow the same restrictions.
Publisher Restrictions
Only officially issued Gardening Naturally voucher codes may be promoted.
Unauthorised, leaked, or exclusive-only voucher codes will result in declined commission.
Publishers may not impersonate the brand in emails, social media, or websites.
No creation of domains or profiles using our brand name or variations.
Prohibited Promotional Methods
The following are not permitted under any circumstances:
Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
Toolbar/browser extension tracking without prior approval
Misleading claims or misrepresentation of products
Fraudulent, automated, or incentivised traffic
Adult, illegal, or harmful content placements
Domain squatting/typo domains
Content & Brand Usage
Publishers may use approved logos and imagery only; no modifications allowed.
All content must be accurate, relevant, and compliant with advertising regulations.
Do not imply official partnership or representation of Gardening Naturally.
Return, Cancellation & Fraud Policy
Commission will not be paid on returned orders.
Orders cancelled or flagged as fraudulent will be reversed.
We reserve the right to withhold commission where activity breaches programme terms.
Permitted Traffic Types
Allowed:
Content sites, reviews, blogs
Social media (non-impersonation)
Email newsletters (opt-in only)
Cashback and voucher sites (approved codes only)
Not allowed:
Incentivised clicks
Toolbars/extensions without approval
Artificial traffic or bot activity
Any activity violating AWIN policies
