By joining the Xtusimple affiliate programme, publishers agree to comply with all programme terms, Awin network policies, and applicable laws. Xtusimple reserves the right to modify commission rates, terms, creative assets, or promotional rules at any time. Any changes will apply from the date they are updated in the Awin interface. Please note – this programme operates with a 7-day closure notice period.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring all promotional activities are accurate, transparent, and truthful. Publishers must not engage in fraudulent practices, misleading claims, or any activity that may harm the Xtusimple brand, customer experience, or reputation. Xtusimple may suspend or remove affiliates at its discretion for any violations, suspicious activity, or behaviour inconsistent with programme guidelines.
Participation in the programme does not create an agency, partnership, or employment relationship. All intellectual property, trademarks, and brand assets remain the property of Xtusimple and may only be used as permitted within the programme.
