O-1 Experts – Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: Upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program
Company: Monroe Management LLC d/b/a O-1 Experts (“O-1 Experts,” “Company,” “we,” “our”) Affiliate: Any approved publisher, marketer, or partner promoting our services (“you”)
By joining, accessing, or participating in the O-1 Experts Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Program Participation & Approval
Affiliates must receive written approval before promoting O-1 Experts. Approval may be revoked at any time. O-1 Experts may suspend or terminate any affiliate immediately for any violation.
2. Use of Trademarks & Brand Protection
Affiliates are prohibited from using “O-1 Experts,” “Monroe Management,” or any variations, trademarks, URLs, logos, proprietary images, or branded terms for PPC, domains, ad copy, or social handles. No impersonation, fake review sites, or social tagging without approval.
3. PPC, Paid Search & Media Buying Restrictions
No bidding on brand terms or variations. No branded terms in ad copy. Add “o1 experts,” “o-1 experts,” “monroe management,” “o1 experts discount code,” and related terms to negative keyword lists. Screenshots may be required.
4. Prohibited Traffic Sources
Coupon/deal/cashback sites, SMS, email spam, PPC arbitrage, adware, toolbars, PPV/CPV, contextual ads, forced clicks, adult/gambling traffic, incentivized traffic, AI mass content, or any misleading placements are prohibited.
5. Qualified Leads & Valid Conversions
A lead is valid only if real, unique, contactable, voluntary, non-fraudulent, and compliant. O-1 Experts may reject or reverse commissions for low-quality, fraudulent, or non-compliant leads.
6. Misrepresentation & Content Restrictions
Affiliates may not offer legal advice, guarantee approvals, create false urgency, misstate fees or timelines, or use staff names/photos/testimonials without approval. FTC disclosures required.
7. Social Media Restrictions
No creating profiles using our name, impersonation, tagging, or DM outreach pretending to be O-1 Experts.
8. Traffic Quality Verification & Audit Rights
O-1 Experts may request logs, screenshots, placements, or campaign data. Non-compliance within 48 hours may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.
9. Legal Advice Prohibition
Affiliates cannot state or imply they are attorneys or part of the O-1 Experts legal team.
10. No Coupon or Loyalty Sites
We do not work with coupon, promo, deal, or cashback sites. Violation results in immediate removal.
11. Disclaimers & Compliance
Affiliates must comply with FTC, GDPR/CCPA where applicable, and local regulations. Misleading claims or violations result in removal.
12. Indemnification
Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless O-1 Experts for damages arising from misleading advertising, trademark misuse, fraudulent traffic, regulatory violations, privacy breaches, or misrepresentation.
13. Termination
O-1 Experts may terminate immediately for violations, misrepresentation, brand abuse, fraud, or refusal to provide traffic proof. All links must be removed within 24 hours.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Louisiana law. Disputes resolved via binding arbitration or courts in Orleans Parish, LA.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms supersede all prior agreements regarding affiliate participation.
