eTutorWorld Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
In effect from 27th November 2025
By joining the eTutorWorld Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and operate in accordance with applicable laws.
- Affiliate Activities and Advertising Guidelines
- Affiliates may only promote eTutorWorld’s official products and services using approved banners, links, and content provided by eTutorWorld. For approvals, requests may be sent to affiliates@etutorworld.com.
- All affiliate websites and advertising must clearly identify the affiliate and must not impersonate, imitate, or misrepresent eTutorWorld or its brand.
- Affiliates must not register or bid on trademarked keywords such as “eTutorWorld” or close variations in paid search campaigns without prior written consent. Brand bidding is generally prohibited.
- PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns that directly target eTutorWorld brand terms or trademarks are forbidden.
- Affiliates must not use any fake or unauthorized discount codes or coupons. Only codes officially provided by eTutorWorld may be promoted. On request, selected affiliates will be provided with an official eTutorWorld discount code to promote on their own platforms.
- Affiliates must not use any automated or fraudulent techniques to generate clicks, leads, or sales, including bots, scripts, or repeated manual refreshes.
- Affiliates are prohibited from creating websites, domains, or subdomains that could be confused with eTutorWorld’s official website.
- Commission and Payment
- Commissions are earned based on valid sales generated through the affiliate’s tracked links.
- The cookie duration for tracking is 30 days.
- Commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule and terms defined by eTutorWorld and the affiliate network platform.
- Content and Creative Usage
- Affiliates may only use creatives, banners, links and promotional materials directly supplied or approved by eTutorWorld. For approvals, requests may be sent to affiliates@etutorworld.com.
- You may place approved creatives, banners, links and promotional materials within your newsletters, in the content of your website, or within other web-related content.
- Communication
- We reserve the right to send emails to you for the purposes of informing you of applicable changes or additions to our service or related products and services.
- Prohibited Conduct and Fraud
- Affiliates must not engage in adult content, hate speech, or illegal content promotion using the eTutorWorld brand.
- Affiliates must not engage in traffic arbitrage, spamming, or misleading practices.
- Using competitor brand names or trademarks in promotional content is prohibited.
- Fraud is a serious offense and will be treated as such. Fraud is defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales, leads, or click-throughs using robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or manually "refreshing" pages, for the sole purpose of creating commissions. Any attempted fraud or fraud will result in immediate membership termination and voided commissions.
- Termination and Penalties
- Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of commissions.
- eTutorWorld reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates who breach any program terms or attempt fraudulent activity.
- Indemnity
- As an affiliate, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless eTutorWorld, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or demands (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these terms, negligent or wrongful acts, violations of law, or infringement of third-party rights in connection with your participation in the affiliate program. This indemnity obligation shall survive termination of your participation in the program.
- Program Modifications
- eTutorWorld reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program or modify any terms at any time, with notice provided through official communication channels.
