Avoid false or misleading statements
Use Therabrand-provided images, copy, and assets whenever possible
Maintain brand tone and aesthetics in your promotions
Promotion Restrictions
No bidding on Therabrand trademarks in paid search campaigns without approval
No coupon or deal sites that violate brand guidelines
No incentivized clicks (e.g., “click here for free” without purchase intent)
Termination
Therabrand may terminate affiliate partnerships for violations of these terms
Commissions for approved sales will still be paid according to standard payout schedule
