Elite Competitions Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
1. Programme Eligibility
Applicants must be [18+] and operate a legitimate website, platform, or marketing channel.
Participation is subject to compliance with all applicable UK laws and advertising standards.
2. Application & Approval
Affiliates must submit an application through Affiliate Window.
Approval is at the sole discretion of Elite Competitions.
We may request additional information before approval or at any time during participation.
3. Commission Structure
Commission Rate: Publisher Bespoke
Qualified Action: Sale
Attribution Model: Last Click
Cookie Duration: 30 Days
Commission is earned only on verified, legitimate, and non-fraudulent actions.
4. Payout Terms
Payment Threshold: 60 Days
Currency: GBP
Payout Schedule: Net 30 Days
Payments are issued via Affiliate Window, subject to their terms and reporting timelines.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not engage in:
Spam or unsolicited messages (email, SMS, social).
Coupon/code scraping, poaching, or unauthorised discount claims.
Trademark bidding on Elite Competitions or close variants.
Misleading, deceptive, or unapproved marketing claims.
Traffic from restricted geographies: Outside United Kingdom.
Use of malware, incentivised clicks, forced redirects, or cookie stuffing.
6. Traffic Quality & Disclosure Requirements
All traffic must be genuine, transparent, and compliant with FTC, ASA, CAP, and consumer protection guidelines.
Affiliates must clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required.
Any paid or native advertising must be labelled accordingly.
7. Creative & Brand Usage
Affiliates must use only approved creatives provided via AWIN.
No modification, distortion, or unauthorised replication of brand assets.
No creation of landing pages or ads implying partnership, endorsement, or “official” status without written approval.
8. Data, Privacy & GDPR
Affiliates must comply with GDPR, ePrivacy, and all relevant data protection rules.
No collection, transfer, or processing of personal data related to the programme without explicit written consent from AWIN.
9. Fraud Review & Chargebacks
Elite Competitions reserves the right to review all activity for fraud or policy breaches.
Invalid, reversed, fraudulent, or cancelled actions may be deducted or reversed from commissions.
Suspicious activity may result in account suspension or termination.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate participation with 30 days written notice.
Immediate termination may occur for any breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or brand risk.
Upon termination, all creatives must be removed immediately.
11. Programme Modifications
Elite Competitions may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Affiliates will be notified via Network Message/ Email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of United Kingdom.
13. Liability & Indemnity
Elite Competitions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold [Company Name] harmless against claims arising from their marketing activities or violations of these Terms.
