1. Eligibility
Publishers must maintain an authentic online presence and create original content that aligns with Milo’s values. We may approve or decline applications at our discretion based on brand fit and content quality.
2. Approved Promotion Methods
Creators may promote Milo through:
- Social media (posts, stories, reels, videos)
- Blogs, websites, and editorial content
- Pinterest, LTK, and similar discovery platforms
- Email newsletters (opt-in audiences only)
All promotions must follow FTC disclosure guidelines (e.g., #ad, #affiliate).
3. Prohibited Methods
The following are not permitted:
- Paid search bidding on Milo brand terms or misspellings
- Use of unauthorized coupon or discount codes
- Cashback, reward, or incentive-based sites
- Misleading claims about products, pricing, or sustainability
- Impersonating Milo or using unapproved branding
Any violation may result in removal from the program and reversal of commissions.
4. Commission & Attribution
- Commission is earned on completed, verified purchases made through your affiliate link
- Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or deemed fraudulent do not qualify
- Milo may adjust or reverse commissions if activity appears suspicious or non-compliant
- Standard Awin last-click attribution applies
5. Creative Assets & Brand Guidelines
Creators may use:
- Approved website images
- Milo-provided creative
- Original content featuring Milo products
Content must reflect Milo’s modern, minimal, and effortless aesthetic. Do not misrepresent product color, fit, or quality, or create unauthorized logos or brand marks.
6. Communication & Updates
Affiliates will receive occasional updates regarding new launches, promotions, or commission incentives. We keep communication minimal and relevant to your success.
7. Removal From Program
Milo reserves the right to remove affiliates at any time for:
- Policy violations
- Misalignment with brand values
- Fraudulent or misleading activity
- Extended inactivity (90+ days)
Affiliates may request removal at any time as well.
