These Terms & Conditions explain how Bruusta rewards affiliates and outline the rules for participating in our programme. By promoting Bruusta, you agree to the policies below.

Bruusta will pay affiliates commission on all validated sales tracked through the affiliate programme:

10% commission on sales generated from new customers

If applicable: $2 per lead from new customers 

Commission will be paid on all approved transactions in line with our validation period.

The Bruusta programme operates a 30-day cookie window, meaning you’ll be credited for any sale made within 30 days of your referral click.

To ensure fair attribution and protect all partners:

Affiliates may only promote voucher codes provided directly through the Bruusta affiliate programme (via Awin or Bruusta).

Bruusta reserves the right to withhold or cancel commission if any unauthorised codes are promoted.

Affiliates displaying unauthorised voucher codes may have their commission set to zero until those codes are removed.

Expiry dates must always be clearly displayed.

Codes should be removed or marked “expired” immediately after expiry unless Bruusta advises otherwise.

Affiliates displaying expired codes as active may be suspended.

All partners must follow the IAB Voucher Code Best Practice Guidelines.

Bruusta maintains a strict policy on Paid Search activity:

No PPC activity of any kind is permitted (across search engines, ad networks, or social platforms) without prior written approval from Bruusta.

This includes bidding on brand, generic or misspelt terms related to Bruusta, our products, or our domain.

Breaches may result in declined commissions and/or suspension from the programme.

Restricted Keywords (Negative Broad Match Required)

To prevent conflicts, affiliates must add the following as negative keywords in any PPC campaigns if permission is granted:

bruusta.co.uk / .com

bruusta voucher code

Any misspellings or close variations of our brand name

Bruusta reserves the right to update this list at any time.

From time to time, Bruusta will release new products or special launches.

Certain high-profile launches may be excluded from commission.

These exclusions will be communicated via Awin’s News Manager within 24 hours of launch, so please ensure you are subscribed to updates.

Affiliates must not promote launch products before the official release time.

Any sales generated from early promotion or breaking embargoes may be declined in full.

To maintain accuracy across all channels:

Affiliates must not scrape the Bruusta website for product information.

All product data must be taken from the official Awin product feed or Bruusta-approved content.

Using scraped or outdated information may lead to commission cancellation.

Bruusta reserves the right to cancel commission, remove affiliates, or suspend activity if we believe terms have been breached, including:

PPC violations

Unauthorised code usage

Misuse of brand assets

Scraping of site data

Fraudulent activity

Misleading or non-compliant promotion of Bruusta products
