Program Overview
The Playdate Affiliate Program welcomes creators, publishers, and media partners who love thoughtful design, creativity, and original gameplay. Playdate is all about fun, curiosity, and experimentation—and we’re excited to work with partners who share that spirit. Affiliates earn commission on qualifying purchases made through approved affiliate links.
Commission Structure
• Flat commission rate: 5% on all qualifying sales
• Commission applies to Playdate hardware and accessories unless otherwise noted
• Commission is calculated on net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns)
Cookie Duration
• 30-day cookie window
Geography
• Open to publishers worldwide where Playdate products are available for purchase
Commission Eligibility
Commission is earned on approved, completed orders that are not returned, canceled, or flagged as fraudulent.
Commission Payments
• Paid in accordance with Awin’s standard payment schedule
• All commissions are subject to validation and approval by Playdate
Commission Adjustments
Playdate reserves the right to reverse commissions for:
• Returned or refunded orders
• Self-referrals
• Orders generated through prohibited promotional methods
Approved Promotional Methods
We welcome Playdate being shared through:
• Editorial content
• Reviews and gift guides
• Social media posts
• Email newsletters
• Video content (YouTube, TikTok, Reels, etc.)

Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
• Use paid search ads bidding on “Playdate,” “Playdate by Panic,” or close brand variants
• Use misleading claims, false discounts, or unauthorized promo codes
• Imply an official partnership beyond affiliate participation
• Use Playdate branding in a way that suggests ownership or endorsement
• Engage in cookie stuffing or forced clicks
Playdate reserves the right to remove publishers who violate these terms.
